Deepika Padukone flaunts baby bump in purple saree, Ranveer Singh calls her his ‘birthday gift’

Deepika Padukone got her fashion game right on point as she graced the sangeet ceremony of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. The mom-to-be took the internet by storm as she posted some gorgeous snaps ahead of her husband’s birthday. Needless to say, Ranveer Singh was floored and so were the netizens.

Embracing motherhood, Deepika Padukone has been giving some major fashion goals. The Bollywood beauty looked stunning in a purple saree at the event. The organza saree was custom designed by Karan Torani and reportedly cost Rs 1,39,500. The actor accessorised her look with a traditional white choker and matching earrings. Deepika kept her hair in sleek bun.

Deepika shared two pictures on her post while added one more to her Instagram stories. The actor added a playful caption and tagged her husband Ranveer Singh in the post. She wrote, “Just...coz its a Friday night & baby wants to party!!!”

Dad-to-be Ranveer Singh could not stop gushing over his wifey’s cute post and how gorgeous she looked. The Bollywood heartthrob who is celebrating his birthday today commented, “Hayyyye! My beautiful birthday gift! I love you.”

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh tied the knot in 2018 and are expecting their first baby together. The couple announced their pregnancy in February in an adorable post.

On the work front, Deepika is currently enjoying the success of ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. The actor will next be seen in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Again’. On the other hand, Ranveer Singh has ‘Don 3’ and ‘Singham Again’ in the pipeline.
