Kajol starrer 'Salaam Venky' released in cinemas on December 9 and it has opened to positive reviews from the audience as well as critics for its emotional quotient. The film is also being appreciated by many celebrities. Megastar Chiranjeevi found the film courageous and relevant. He took to Twitter and wrote, 'Kudos to Revathy for her conviction and brilliance in making Salaam Venky, the true story of a young Chess player’s struggle with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), a rare disorder.
