Charu Asopa talks about her bond with Sushmita Sen; calls out Rajeev Sen for his 'double standards'

Charu Asopa's marriage with Sushmita Sen's brother Rajeev Sen has been on the rocks for a long time. Reports of their on-and-off relationship have been making headlines frequently. Now, Charu has decided to 'dissolve' her three-year long marriage with Rajeev. In an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, the actor talked about taking this decision due to several accumulated unresolved problems. She also revealed that her equation with Rajeev may not be a 'healthier' one but she shares a deep bond with sister-in-law Sushmita Sen.

Talking about her bond with the former Miss Universe, Charu mentioned that she finds 'comfort' in sharing her problems with Sushmita.

'My sister-in-law is a wonderful person. I keep talking to her quite often and even share my problems. Other than her, I am not comfortable in sharing my problems with anyone else,' she said.

She mentioned that her lawyer, brother and sister-in-law, are her biggest support.

Charu Asopa also called out Rajeev for his 'double standards'. She said she was shocked when he shared a 'happy' photo with her on his Instagram. She mentioned that the picture was an old one and she doesn't know what he's thinking. She blamed Rajeev for delaying the divorce process as he refuses to answer when her lawyer approaches him.

'I don't know what he's thinking and I don't understand these double standards of people. We haven't spoken about anything because we have only been commuting legally. We have been sending notices to each other. In the house, we can't fight about this topic but everyone knows that this is going on. When my lawyer approaches Rajeev's lawyer, she refuses to answer and because of this, the whole process is getting delayed. I can't understand the reason behind the delay,' she said.

Earlier it was reported that Sushmita Sen doesn't follow her brother Rajeev Sen on Instagram whereas Charu is among those she follows.
