'Brahmastra': Mouni Roy confirms Shah Rukh Khan's cameo in Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt starrer

‘Brahmastra’, starring Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, has been created a lot of buzz ahead of its release in theatres on September 9. After the trailer of the film was unveiled in June, fans have been eager to know if Shah Rukh Khan has a cameo in the Ayan Mukerji-directorial and recently a leaked clip of the actor from the movie surfaced online.

Now, Mouni Roy, who plays the antagonist in the film, has confirmed SRK’s cameo in ‘Brahmastra’. In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, the actor mentioned that her character in the film was one of the most challenging roles she has ever played. She went on to say that besides working with actors like Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Amitabh Bachchan, she also got the opportunity to work in a film featuring Shah Rukh Khan, who will be making cameo in the forthcoming movie.

‘Working with Ranbir, Alia, Bachchan sir, Nagarjuna sir, Shah Rukh sir has also played a guest appearance in it… being a part of this world is a privilege,’ she said.

SRK will reportedly portray the role of Vanar Astra in ‘Brahmastra’.
