When they met
Bipasha and Karan first met on the sets of their horror movie ‘Alone’ in 2015. This film marked their first onscreen collaboration. Following the film’s shoot, they stayed in touch and eventually fell in love.

Courtship

The duo went on to make a few appearances together and their real-life chemistry was unmissable. Bipasha and Karan never talked about their relationship in public to protect their privacy.

Proposal
Bipasha talked about her grand proposal in an interview with the Times of India. She revealed that they were in Koh Samui on New Years’ Eve and when the sky was lit with fireworks, Karan took out the ring and proposed to her.

Dreamy wedding
Bipasha and Karan tied the knot on April 30, 2016. The wedding was attended by family and a few friends from the industry. It was followed by a grand reception, attended by Bollywood celebrities such as Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Ranbir Kapoor.

Pregnancy announcement
Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover announced their pregnancy in August this year after nearly six years of marriage. Sharing a series of photos from their maternity photoshoot, Bipasha wrote, ‘A new time, a new phase, a new light adds another unique shade to our prism of life. Making us a little more whole than we used to be. We began this life individually and then we met each other and from then we were two. Too much love for only two, seemed a little unfair for us to see…so soon, we who once were two will now become three. A creation manifested by our love, our baby will join us soon and add to our glee. Thank you all, for your unconditional love, your prayers and good wishes as they are and will always be a part of us. Thank you for being a part of our lives and manifesting with us another beautiful life, our baby.’

A baby shower was hosted for Bipasha in September.
