'Badhaai Do' trailer: Rajkummar Rao, Bhumi Pednekar get into a 'lavender marriage'

Badhaai Do Trailer : Bringing its second film as part of the ‘Badhaai Ho’ franchise, the trailer of Harshavardhan Kulkarni's quirky comedy ‘Badhaai Do’ is out.

Starring Bhumi Pednekar and Rajkummar Rao in the lead role, the trailer revolves around a marriage of convenience between the two. Bhumi plays Suman Singh, a 31-year-old physical education teacher, who is interested in women. She marries a cop named Shardul Thakur played by Rajkummar. Chaos ensues when her girlfriend comes to stay with them.

The film is not only high on comedy and emotions, but this family drama also deals with the concept of lavender marriage, which is a marriage between a man and a woman for the purpose of hiding homosexuality.

Also starring Seema Pahwa, Sheeba Chadha, among others, ‘Badhaai Do’ is all set for a theatrical release on February 11.
