Babil Khan posts emotional message for father Irrfan Khan ahead of death anniversary

Babil Khan, son of Irrfan Khan, expressed his emotions ahead of his father’s fourth death anniversary. The young actor took to his Instagram handle to pay a tribute to his late father and penned an emotional note alongside.

Babil’s heartfelt tribute to father

Remembering his father and his teachings, Babil Khan wrote an emotional message in an Instagram post. He wrote, “You taught me to be a warrior, but engage with love and kindness. You taught me of hope and you taught me to fight for the people. You do not have fans, you have a family, and I promise you baba I will fight for our people and our family till you call upon me. I will not give up. I love you so much.”

Along with this beautiful message, Irrfan’s son also shared a series of candid pictures of the late actor.
A few days ago, Babil Khan had shared a cryptic post, however the actor deleted his post after a number of fans expressed concerns about his well-being. His post read, "Sometimes I feel like giving up and going to Baba (father)."

With his latest post, the fans are relieved to see him in his fighting spirits. His latest post saw comments from several fans, wishing him well and expressing relief. On the other hand, many other fans remembered Irrfan Khan and wrote that he will continue to live through his art.

Irrfan Khan’s death

The talented actor passed away on April 29, 2020 after battling cancer. The actor had received treatment in London as well. He is survived by wife Sutapa Sikdar and two sons Babil and Ayan.
