Aryan Khan drugs case: No bail for star kid, Bombay HC to take up plea on Oct 26

Aryan Khan will stay in jail for now, as the Bombay High Court will only hear the bail plea of the star kid on October 26.

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, who was arrested in connection with the Mumbai Cruise drugs bust case, along with his friends Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, has spent over two weeks in jail.

Mumbai's special NDPS Court has extended judicial custody of Aryan Khan and others till 30th October.

After a special NDPS court rejected Aryan Khan’s bail plea on Wednesday, his lawyers moved the Bombay High Court seeking bail for the 23-year-old.

Meanwhile, on Thursday morning, Aryan's father and actor Shah Rukh Khan visited the Arthur Road jail to meet his son Aryan, after prison authorities permitted an in-person meeting.

Aryan Khan along with 7 others, including Arbaaz Merchant, were arrested by the NCB after a raid on the Cordelia cruise ship.
