Aryan Khan buys 2 floors worth ₹37 crore in Delhi building which has a special SRK-Gauri Khan connection

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan is focused on expanding his father's legacy. According to a report, the filmmaker in the making has bought two floors worth ₹37 crores in the same building in South Delhi. The property is assumed to hold sentimental value for Aryan as it was also once home to his parents, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan.

Aryan's hefty purchase in Delhi

According to an Economic Times report, Aryan Khan purchased two floors of a building located in Delhi’s Panchsheel Park. Notably, Shah Rukh Khan owns the ground floor and basement in the same building. For the transaction, which was registered in May 2024, Aryan paid ₹2.64 crore in stamp duty, the report added. It's the same building where SRK and Gauri used to stay during their initial years as a couple. Given its emotional value for the Khan family, Gauri herself has lent her expertise in the interior design of the residence.

Pradeep Prajapati who is the founder of boutique real estate consultancy firm Wealthvisory Capital, stated, "In Delhi, high-value transactions by Bollywood stars are rare. Earlier, Amitabh Bachchan had also sold his Gulmohar Park property in South Delhi for around Rs 23 crore."

Aryan on collaborating with his father

In other updates related to Aryan Khan's entrepreneurial pursuits, he recently collaborated with his father for his clothing brand D’yavol X. While speaking to GQ about working with his father, he said, "It’s always a pleasure and a learning experience. People talk about his work ethic, but experiencing it first-hand was really exciting. He has a wealth of knowledge, which makes my job easier.”

The starkid added, “Some things that would take me some time to wrap my head around were seamless for him. Our brand is edgy, so he’s around to keep some semblance of sanity and respectability, otherwise, there could be too much madness. Because we are an age-agnostic brand, I think we have an interesting balance: I have a more contemporary way of thinking; my father brings a dose of maturity into it.”
