Armaan Malik receives hate comments after calling Ranbir Kapoor 'the best actor of our generation'

Singer Armaan Malik has shared that he is being misjudged for calling Ranbir Kapoor ‘the best actor of our generation.’

Armaan took to X and wrote “I hate that by just saying what I felt about somebody being the best actor, so many peeps are coming at me and judging me as person lol you guys really need to chill. I wrote that tweet in admiration of someone’s craft, and that was that. Kindly take your hate elsewhere. Thank you (namaste emoji).”

The singer had posted on X “#RanbirKapoor is the best actor of our generation. Period (salute emoji).” Many fan clubs of other actors and critics of ‘Animal’ did not agree with Armaan and posted hate comments. One user commented, “Wtf armaan (annoyed emoji). Are you saying this after watching the movie Animal?"

Ranbir Kapoor's ‘Animal’ released on December 1 and is receiving mixed reviews from the audience. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Bobby Deol. In the film, Ranbir is shown as toxic, misogynistic man. The film has done a business of over ₹300 crore at the global box office.
