Anubhav Sinha, Ayushmann Khurrana's 'Anek' to release in March

Filmmaker Anubhav Sinha's upcoming project "Anek", starring actor Ayushmann Khurrana, is set to release on March 31 next year.

The socio-political thriller, jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar-led T-Series and Sinha's Benaras Mediaworks, is set against the geopolitical backdrop of Northeast India.

Anubhav Sinha reunites with Ayushmann Khurrana after their 2019's critically-acclaimed "Article 15".

Sinha in a statement said, the film was shot in rough terrain, but what makes it special is that the takeaway was so gratifying. He added that it was a delight to work with Ayushmann again, who with his depiction of Joshua breathed life into the story.

Ayushman Khurrana, said he has always been drawn towards novel stories and "Anek" pushed him out of his comfort zone. He said, it’s the kind of script that drives a person to give it your all.
