‘Animal’ screening: Alia Bhatt dons t-shirt featuring Ranbir Kapoor's character as she arrives | Watch

Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Animal’, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna, is now in cinemas. Ahead of its theatrical release, a special screening of the film was hosted in Mumbai which was attended by Alia Bhatt.

Rooting for her husband, Alia attended the event, wearing a t-shirt with Ranbir’s still from the film printed on it.

A video of Alia arriving at Animal’s screening was shared on social media.

For the occasion, she wore a black coat and pants which she paired with a white t-shirt that had Ranbir’s character printed on it. The t-shirt also had the film’s dialogue written on it.

Alia was accompanied by her sister Shaheen and mother Soni Razdan. Mahesh Bhatt was also present at the screening and struck a pose with Shaheen and Soni on the red carpet.

Ranbir Kapoor was accompanied by his mother Neetu Singh.

The mother-son duo walked hand in hand at the screening of ‘Animal’.

Ranbir looked handsome in a black suit and Neetu looked stylish in a black outfit.

‘Animal’ screening was also attended by the Deols.

Bobby Deol, who plays the antagonist in the film, was accompanied by his wife Tanya and son Aryaman. Bobby’s nephew and Sunny Deol’s son Karan Deol also arrived for the screening. Anil Kapoor and Shakti Kapoor were also spotted at the screening.

‘Animal’ clashes at the box office with Vicky Kaushal’s ‘Sam Bahadur’. Both the films are expected to do good business but ‘Animal’ is expected to get a grand opening due to its mass appeal.

If ‘Animal’ performs well at the ticket counters, it will be Ranbir Kapoor’s second hit in a row after ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’.
