Amitabh Bachchan denies ‘hospitalisation’ rumours, calls reports about his health ‘fake news’

A day after several reports claimed that Amitabh Bachchan has undergone an angioplasty surgery and was admitted to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital, the megastar seems to have denied the news. The video of Big B’s brief interaction with paparazzi has gone viral on social media.

While the fans were concerned over the health of veteran actor, he was spotted at the final match of the Indian Street Premier League at the Dadoji Kondadev Stadium in Thane.
Amitabh Bachchan was accompanied by his son Abhishek Bachchan and cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar as he watched the final match and cheered on for his team. Big B was dressed in a white hoodie and black joggers at the event.

As he exited the stadium after the match, paparazzi asked the actor about his health and reports of his angioplasty. The 81-year-old actor responded with a smile and said “fake news’.
The viral video has put an end to the speculation about the living legend’s health. Fans have been relieved to see their favourite star smiling and healthy while many others on social media prayed for his long and healthy life.
