Ajay Devgan completes 30 years in Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar praise his humility

Actor Ajay Devgn celebrates 30 years in Bollywood and wishes poured in the star on social media.

Amitabh Bachchan tweeted to congratulate the actor saying, Ajay was a soft spoken, non interfering person, filled with passion, when his first film 'Phool aur Kante' released.

Reminiscing about the old days, Akshay Kumar shared a throwback photo from the sets of Sooryavanshi and tweeted an emotional message. Akshay remembers the days when as newbies, they used to practice martial arts on Juhu beach together.

Ajay Devgan re-tweeted a video of himself in his vanity van, saying he is just getting “warmed up for the next 30”.

Ajay also looked back at his 3-decade-old journey in the film industry and shared how debuting with 'Phool Aur Kaante' in 1991 turned things around for him.

The Singham actor said, "When Phool Aur Kaante became the craze it did, I was catapulted to stardom. Every daredevil youngster in the country wanted to make his way through life doing a split on two motorcycles! I was immature, young, unprepared for stardom."

Speaking to Hindustan Times, Ajay Devgn in an interview said, "I look back at the last three decades as one terrific journey; a journey in which I have made countless mistakes and struck innumerable home runs. Either way, I am happy."

Ajay Devgn's next film 'Thank God' co-starring Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh is scheduled to release on July 29, 2022.
