Megastar Aamir Khan recently acquired a luxurious property in Mumbai's upscale Pali Hill area. The actor purchased an apartment in a prestigious building for over ₹9 crore, with the transaction completed on June 25.

According to detailed property registration records from SquareYards.com, Aamir Khan purchased this esteemed property for a substantial Rs. 9.75 crore. Spanning approximately 1,027 square feet in carpet area, his latest acquisition in the prestigious Bella Vista Apartments, Pali Hills, Mumbai, is ready for occupancy.

Meanwhile, Aamir Khan owns a spacious 5,000-square-foot, sea-facing residence in Bandra, spanning two floors. The interiors feature a minimalist design, with a large open area ideal for hosting gatherings.

In 2013, Aamir purchased a farmhouse valued at ₹7 crore in Panchgani, sprawling over 2 acres. Additionally, the actor has invested significantly in commercial real estate, reportedly owning 22 properties in Shahabad, Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh.

Aamir’s work front

The actor is known for his discerning choice of films and reportedly negotiates lucrative back-end deals, earning a share of the profits. Aamir has appeared in several of Bollywood's biggest hits, including ‘Dangal,’ which holds the record as the highest-grossing Indian film globally.

In his latest notable role, Aamir appeared in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ (2022). He also had a cameo in Revathi’s ‘Salaam Venky’ (2022), starring Kajol in the lead role.

Currently, Aamir Khan is filming for a social dramedy titled "Sitaare Zameen Par." He recently completed the Delhi schedule and has now moved on to Vadodara for further shooting. The film is expected to focus on Down Syndrome. Alongside Aamir Khan, the movie stars Genelia Deshmukh as the female lead.

Earlier in June, his elder son Junaid Khan made his acting debut with the Netflix film ‘Maharaj’.
