Anant-Radhika pre-wedding bash: Mukesh Ambani reveals Nita Ambani is ‘real’ Don | Watch video

Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita Ambani stole the limelight during the extravagant three-day pre-wedding celebrations of their youngest son, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, the daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant.

A video from the festivities has surfaced online which shows Mukesh Ambani portraying the iconic 'Don' character. He wore stylish sunglasses and had a game of chess in front of him, embodying the essence of Bollywood's favorite anti-hero. Nita Ambani was dressed in a traditional saree, while Mukesh wore formal attire. Together, they impressed the guests with their graceful and elegant appearance.

Just then his Nita enters the room. ‘But this Don has been caught,’ she says, and continues, ‘By four little grandchildren, who have wrapped him around their little fingers. Mukesh chalo na, we are getting late, it is out little Anant’s sangeet!’ Mukesh then gives up, takes out his glasses, and adds, ‘Yes boss.’

Then, a voice-over of Mukesh Ambani begins, accompanied by the background score of Don, while Nita sits on a chair resembling a queen. ‘The real Don of our lives was one, is one, and will always be one,’ he says, as Nita completes her look by donning sunglasses.

Interestingly, this playful moment unfolded while esteemed guests like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Ranveer Singh were in attendance.

The third day of the festivities started with a brunch, followed by an evening event with a dress code of ‘Heritage Indian.’ The evening included a grand aarti ceremony, followed by dinner, special performances, and an after-party to conclude the celebrations.

Anant Ambani and his soon-to-be bride Radhika Merchant shared a romantic moment last evening during her grand entrance. As she walked towards Anant, guests, including Janhvi Kapoor, were seen holding an aarti plate. Later, the grand musical pieces transitioned into the romantic segment from ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham's song 'Dekha Tune Pehli Pehli Baar Ve,' where Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol are seen romancing.

Mukesh Ambani was seen cheering and clapping as Radhika walked with a huge smile on her face. Anant finally gives her his hand and gets her on stage.
