"This is India's century 100%," says Zepto Co-founder Aadit Palicha, who is one of India's rising startup stars.

Interacting with media, Palicha who is the driving force behind Zepto, one India's fastest growing quick commerce companies, said, "We've got the largest opportunities to build really exceptional companies here (in India). It's because of the good work of the government of this country to give us the infrastructure that enables us to build these companies.

"He also expressed gratitude for this opportunity and said, "We are grateful and we are here working very hard so we can build good companies in India and employ hundreds of thousands of people hopefully over the next few years, and create value to the country and the economy.

"Talking about the shifts in the startup landscape, Zepto co-founder added, "I think we've seen most of the startup ecosystem has happened over the past decade, from 2012 to 2024 and right now we're starting to see the first really high-quality companies create large liquid pools of value."

He also talked about the factors that have helped companies such as Zepto and said, "The ability to create seamless journeys for consumers, to create technology companies and to bring talent and capital back into India, that overall trend has helped companies like Zepto get started."
