Swiggy Listing: Brands Join Zomato’s Congratulatory Post in Creative Celebration!

Zomato’s congratulatory post for Swiggy’s big stock market debut has become a PR hotspot, drawing creative responses from top brands!

After Swiggy's listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange, Zomato took to Instagram to congratulate its rival with a sweet caption: "You and I... In this beautiful world."

But the story didn’t end there—brands joined in, adding their own witty twists!

Matrimonial website Bharat Matrimony chimed in, calling it "Bharat ka naya couple goals."

And its competitor, Anupam Mittal-led Shaadi dot com wrote, 'Iss jodi ko kisi ki nazar na lage'

While matrimonial websites gave the ‘couple’ spin to the Zomato, Swiggy story, some other websites compared the duo to buddies.

Shemaroo, the production house behind the superhit comedy film Welcome compared Swiggy and Zomato with its iconic characters Uday and Majnu.

And hotel chain operator Oyo said, "Do bhai dono tabahi."

Vicks, the American brand famous for its decongestant, wrote, 'Is dosti me no khich khich'

And going a step further, beauty product brand Nykaa said, 'Applying a kala teeka to protect the besties'

Apparel and fashion brands also joined the bandwagon, with Reliance Retail’s Ajio adding, "And here we thought Jordans were the best pair out there."

And Bewakoof? They offered: "Iss dosti pe na lage koi bhi dirt. Bolo kya chahiye, hoodie ya sweatshirt?"

Also pitching in, McDonald’s said it was ready to celebrate with McFlurries. While payments major Paytm promised to pay for the celebratory cake on the occasion of Swiggy’s listing.

The list of comments on the post is endless, and it has certainly earned Zomato quite a few brownie points!
