Elon Musk networth down by nearly $40 billion since Twitter tales began

More than 1% of United States' GDP, that's how rich Elon Musk is. The networth of the world's richest man looking to buy Twitter, is pegged at a whopping $250 billion as per Bloomberg Billionaires' list.

But this South Africa born billionaire has seen his fortunes slide since his tryst with Twitter began. In just the month of April Elon Musk's net worth is down $38 billion from $288 billion when he first disclosed being Twitter's largest shareholder.
