<p>The top four spots were claimed by Italian cities: Naples, Milan, Bologna, and Florence, with Mumbai following closely behind. The city was ranked ahead of places like Rome, Paris, Vienna, Turin, and Osaka.</p>
<p>Taste Atlas highlighted several iconic Mumbai dishes, including Bhel puri, Pav bhaji, Vada pav, and Ragda Pattice, and recommended famous eateries like Ram Ashraya, Shree Thaker Bhojanalay, and Cafe Madras.</p>
<p>Alongside Mumbai, other Indian cities also made it to the list, with Amritsar, New Delhi, and Hyderabad ranking within the top 50. Kolkata and Chennai secured spots at 71st and 75th, respectively.</p>
<p>Taste Atlas also recognized regions in India for their culinary excellence, with Punjab earning a notable 7th place. Dishes like Amritsari kulcha, Tikka, Shahi paneer, Tandoori murgh, and Saag paneer were recommended from the region. <br><br>Despite India not making the top 10 in the overall best cuisines list, the country&rsquo;s food culture remains globally celebrated.</p>

<li>Diabetic patients must visit their doctor before the fasting starts or consult them regularly during the month long fasting</li>
<li>They must keep checking their blood sugar levels regularly and include a combination of carbs, fiber, healthy fat and protein for Sehri and Iftaar meals</li>
<li>Getting enough sleep is a key to a healthy fasting month</li>
<li>Avoid eating over-processed foods like maida, refined sugar, deep fried, bread, etc</li>
<li>The tradition of breaking the fast with a date is quite healthy. Dates can be used as a sweetener for desserts too</li>
<li>Experts recommend consuming good amount of fruits and vegetables for breaking the fast</li>
<li>They also advise to stick to only lean meats and seafood as much as possible</li>

<p>According to her, it is ok to start your day with carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables but even though they are great sources of energy, they do not last for more than 2-3 hours and will make you hungry by mid-morning.&nbsp;</p>
<p>So, for lasting energy, adding lots of protein and fat to your meal should be your priority. Both of them will help you feel full for longer and make you feel satiated. &nbsp;</p>
<p>Best sources of protein you can have for Sehri are eggs, greek yoghurt, nuts, avocado, chicken.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Murg Makhani (butter chicken) secured 29th place, while Hyderabadi Biryani followed closely at 31st. Other Indian favorites like Chicken 65 and Keema were ranked 97th and 100th, respectively. Along with these, Indian dishes such as Amritsari Kulcha, Butter Garlic Naan, and Murgh Makhani were also recognized.</p>
<p>The top spot in the rankings went to Colombia's Lechona, a roasted pig stuffed with yellow peas, green onions, and spices, slow-cooked in a brick oven. <br><br>Other notable dishes in the top 10 included Italy's Pizza Napoletana, Brazil's Picanha, Algeria's Rechta, Thailand's Phanaeng Curry, Argentina's Asado, Turkey's Cokertme Kebab, Indonesia's Rawon, Turkey's Cag Kebab, and Ethiopia's Tibs.</p>
