Israel-Hamas war: saw pictures of beheaded kids, claims Joe Biden; White House denies

Hours after United States President Joe Biden claimed to have seen pictures of Hamas militants beheading children in Israel, the White House denied the same.

Addressing the media, Biden had said, “I’ve been doing this a long time. I never really thought that I would see, have confirmed, pictures of terrorists beheading children.”

However, according to the Washington Post, a White House spokesperson later clarified that US officials and the president have not seen such pictures or confirmed such reports independently.

The spokesperson added that Biden based his comments on the claims from Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu’s spokesperson and media reports.
