Himalayan Peak Named After 6th Dalai Lama, China Not Happy About It

This untamed Himalayan peak in Arunachal Pradesh has been named 'Tsangyang Gyatso Peak' in honour of the Sixth Dalai Lama from the Mon Tawang region. A 15 member team of India's National Institute of Mountaineering and Adventure Sports climbed the 20,942 feet mountain and gave it the name.
