Calling himself a huge fan of Lokesh, he said that after seeing his interview, he liked the video, and he is also anticipating the release of his forthcoming film 'Leo' with Vijay.

The director took to social media and shared the first pictures of the baby, and also revealed that they&rsquo;ve named their boys - Uyir and Ulagam.
Soon after, questions were raised if a proper surrogacy procedure was followed by the couple to welcome the baby boys. The TN government had set up an inquiry into the matter. On Wednesday, the couple was given a clean chit and the hospital was blamed for the confusion caused.
Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan tied the knot on June 9 this year. An intimate wedding ceremony took place in Mahabalipuram, outside of Chennai. Many celebrities including Rajinikanth, Shah Rukh Khan, Ajith Kumar and Vijay Sethupathi attended their wedding.

Actor Nayanthara and filmmaker Vignesh Shivan took to social media on October 9 to announce that they have been blessed with twin boys. Their announcement sparked a row over possible surrogacy law violations and the Tamil Nadu government ordered an inquiry to look into the matter.
Now, an investigation panel set up by the state government has said that the couple has not breached any laws governing surrogacy in India.
According to India Today report, the panel headed by two paediatric doctors submitted a report to the TN Health Department on October 26. Following which, a detailed statement was released claiming that <a href="https://www.editorji.com/entertainment-news/south/nayanthara-vignesh-surrogacy-row-hospital-may-have-breached-rules-probe-report-expected-soon-1666779173756">Nayanthara</a> and Vignesh legally married on March 11, 2016, and followed all the due process and guidelines given for surrogacy.
The necessary documents were reportedly signed with the surrogate mother in November 2012, and the embryo was formed and preserved at hospital in August 2020. The embryo was planted inside the surrogate mother in March this year and the twin boys were delivered via Caesarean.
The family doctor, who had referred the couple to the hospital, couldn't be reached by the investigating team as the doctor had relocated abroad.
During the probe it was found that as per the ICMR guidelines, the hospital didn&rsquo;t maintain proper records of the treatment given to the couple and the medical condition of the surrogate mother. A notice has reportedly been sent to the private hospital seeking an explanation on why they should not be temporarily closed for not maintaining the documents.

Actor Nayanthara and filmmaker Vignesh Shivan have been embroiled in a controversy ever since they announced the birth of their twin sons through surrogacy. Tamil Nadu government, which suspects that surrogacy laws were flouted, has constituted a four-member panel to investigate the matter. Now, as per a News18 report, the panel has found that the hospital authorities indeed did breach norms.
According to sources, the administration was found guilty of violating surrogacy regulations after asking the private hospital&rsquo;s doctors for an explanation. The report has not yet been made public yet.&nbsp;
As per reports, Tamil Nadu health minister MA Subramanian has claimed that probe report will be released later on October 26.
In a media interaction at Kilpakkam Government Hospital in Chennai, Subramanian said that the hospital administration is likely to face legal action because their justifications were deemed unsatisfactory.&nbsp;

Actor Nayanthara and her husband-filmmaker Vignesh Shivan have been embroiled in a controversy ever since they announced the birth of their twin sons on social media. Many people raised questions if the surrogacy laws applicable in the country were followed by the couple. Tamil Nadu Health Minister Ma Subramanian is conducting an inquiry into the matter.
 Now, a new report has surfaced which claimed that in an affidavit submitted by Nayathara and Vignesh, they have mentioned that the surrogate through which the twins were born is a relative, which is in accordance with the law.
 For the unversed, commercial surrogacy is banned in India, and the surrogate should be at least married once and should have her own child. A couple is deemed 'eligible' for surrogacy if they have been married for five years, the wife is aged between 25-50 years and the husband is between 26-55 years.
 According to India TV News report, Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivam submitted an affidavit to the Tamil Nadu health department in which they revealed that the surrogate is a relative of the actor, based out of Dubai and handles her business in the country. It is also reported that Nayanthara and Vignesh registered their marriage six years ago.
