Samosa is now not only our favourite snack to go with tea but according to a survey even UK youngsters are prefering eating samosa or granola bars with tea. The age-old tradition of having biscuits with tea in UK, is being replaced by more filling options which also include samosa.&nbsp;
The survey was done by the United Kingdom Tea &amp; Infusions Association (UKTIA), which says that granola bars are prefered by one in ten 18 to 29-year-olds, while samosa took the second place after it, being prefered by about 8% youngsters who took the survey.&nbsp;

However, digital creator spoonsofdilli shared recipe for 'Dum Ki Chai' which has left netizens confused about whether to try it or not.
<h3>Steps for making 'Dum Ki Chai'</h3>
Place tea leaves, sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and some ginger slices on a piece of cloth covering a small glass.
Place it inside a pressure cooker and fill it with little water and cover it with a plate. And boil the ingredients for 5-6 minutes.
Now squeeze the cloth to get the liquid out of it and pour it into boiling milk to make tea.
There you go. 'Dum Ki Chai' is ready for you to sip on!

Ingar Valentyn made 249 cups of rooibos tea, which is a red herbal tea that comes from the leaves of the Aspalathus linearis shrub.&nbsp;
To achieve this record, Ingar needed to make a minimum of 150 cups of tea within an hour. However, Valentyn came up with a clear strategy by using four tea bags in each teapot, which made four cups of tea.&nbsp;
As her task was going on, she thought that she must have crossed the 150 mark as the hour drew to a close. But to her surprise, she ended up making much more than that; 249 cups of tea in just an hour. Impressive, right?

A speciality tea from Assam's Dibrugarh district was on Monday auctioned at Rs 99,999 per kg, a record price fetched for the second time in two months for such a high-end variety of the commodity from the state, officials said.
'Golden Pearl' tea, owned by AFT Techno Trade, went under the hammer at Guwahati Tea Auction Centre (GTAC), he said.
"Assam Tea Traders bought one kg of the speciality tea at Rs 99,999," GTAC Secretary Priyanuz Dutta told PTI.
The handmade delicate variety of the commodity was produced at Nahorchukbari at Lahowal, near the Dibrugarh airport, Tea Association of India's Assam unit Secretary Dipanjol Deka said.
"The rare variety was offered in sale number 7 and lot number 5001 of the day at the auction," he said.
'Manohari Gold' from Manohari tea estate was sold at Rs 99,999 per kg at the GTAC on December 14 last year.
This was the highest price fetched in tea auction in the country, the official said.
In August 2021, 'Golden Needle', manufactured by Donyi Polo Tea Estate of Arunachal Pradesh, and 'Golden Butterfly' of Dikom Tea garden of Assam were sold at Rs 75,000 per kg in separate auctions.
'Manohari Gold Tea' was sold at Rs 50,000 per kg at the GTAC in July 2019, which was the record auction value at that time.
