All you need to do is boil some water and place a tea bag in it for half an hour. Once it cools down, strain it into a spray bottle. Now, follow your usual shampoo routine and spray the tea on damp hair strands, leaving the scalp. Wait for at least an hour and then rinse your hair followed by a conditioner to seal in the moisture.&nbsp;

<li>Cold compresses helps soothe inflammation. Soak a clean cloth in ice water and place it on the affected areas for 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Green tea also has anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties. Boil 2-3 tea leaves and let them cool down. Soak a clean cloth in it and apply it on the affected areas.</li>
<li>Coconut oil contains lauric acid which has antifungal properties. Take 1 teaspoon of slightly warm coconut oil and apply it for an hour.&nbsp;</li>
