<p>Hyderabad Police arrested Aman Preet Singh, the brother of actor Rakul Preet Singh, in connection with a drug case on July 15. Aman tested positive for cocaine consumption and will be presented before a court soon. This incident has sparked public interest in Aman's life.</p>
<p>Like his sister Rakul, Aman Preet Singh is an actor, appearing in films such as &lsquo;Ninnepelladata&rsquo; (2020) and &lsquo;Production No. 1&rsquo; (2020). While he predominantly worked in the Telugu film industry, he made his Bollywood debut with the 2020 film &lsquo;Ramrajya&rsquo;.</p>

The Hyderabad Police confirmed his arrest during a press conference. While five people were arrested for drug peddling, Aman was among 13 individuals arrested for consuming drugs and testing positive for cocaine use. He will be presented before a court soon.</p>
<p>A police official stated, &lsquo;I will only comment on Aman&rsquo;s connections once we investigate further. We need to determine when his association with the accused, who include some Indians and Nigerians, began. Some are repeat offenders. We believe his involvement may have lasted for a year and a half. Aman tested positive for using cocaine. He confirmed his occupation as an actor but did not specify whether it is in Tollywood or elsewhere.&rsquo;</p>
<p>Previously, Rakul Preet Singh was summoned by the Enforcement Directorate in an alleged money laundering case linked to a drug case. However, police clarified, &lsquo;She has nothing to do with this case. We are not investigating her, and her name should not be dragged in unnecessarily, so we will not comment on it.&rsquo;</p>

<p>Hyderabad police have arrested Aman Preet Singh, brother of actor Rakul Preet Singh, in connection with a significant drug case. The arrest was part of a joint operation involving the Narcotics Bureau and Rajendra Nagar SOT Police under the Cyberabad Police's jurisdiction.</p>
<p>During a press briefing on Monday, authorities disclosed that Aman Preet Singh was implicated in a drug seizure. The operation led to the arrest of five individuals suspected of drug trafficking.</p>
<p>Aman's name surfaced among the 13 individuals who tested positive for drug consumption. He tested positive for cocaine during a urine test conducted as part of the investigation.</p>
<p>Police clarified that Aman Preet Singh, would soon be presented before court. They refrained from commenting on his connections with the accused until further investigations.</p>
<h3>Details about the case</h3>
<p>In connection with the case, police seized 199 grams of cocaine, along with two passports, two motorcycles, and ten mobile phones. Police also highlighted the involvement of affluent individuals in Hyderabad who were identified as consumers of the seized drugs. Out of the 13 identified consumers, five were apprehended, all testing positive for cocaine.</p>
<p>Aman Preet Singh's arrest follows previous scrutiny faced by his sister, Rakul Preet Singh, in an unrelated money laundering investigation linked to a drugs case. The Enforcement Directorate had previously summoned Rakul Preet Singh multiple times to inquire about her alleged ties to the drug racket and suspicious financial transactions.</p>

<p>Pinkvilla quoted a source as saying, "Rakul and Jackky had initially planned for their wedding to take place in the Middle East. After nearly six months of meticulous planning, everything was pretty much in order. However, following the call from the Indian PM in December, urging rich and influential families to choose India as the venue for their big life events, Rakul and Jackky reconsidered their original plans and relocated the wedding to India.&rdquo;&nbsp;</p>
<p>The report says that Rakul and Jackky want to be responsible citizens and abide by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's initiative. &nbsp;</p>
