<h2>Janhvi talks about her hospitalisation &nbsp;</h2>
<p>Janhvi Kapoor shared some shocking details about her recent health ordeal and emphasised on prioritising well-being along with work life. In an interview with Times Now, the actor said that the recent episode left her completely &lsquo;exhausted&rsquo; as her immunity was very low. Janhvi said that she was working non-stop without taking a break even before the promotions of &lsquo;Mr &amp; Mrs Mahi&rsquo; started. &nbsp;</p>
<h2>&lsquo;Felt handicapped and paralysed&rsquo;&nbsp;</h2>
<p>Janhvi revealed that she felt &lsquo;handicapped&rsquo; and &lsquo;paralysed&rsquo; as she could not even go to the bathroom on her own. &ldquo;Suddenly, a couple of hours before I was to board my flight to Hyderabad, &nbsp;I felt completely handicapped and paralyzed. I wasn&rsquo;t being able to go to the restroom on my own. I wasn&rsquo;t in any condition to speak or walk or even eat. I think my body needed that rest that it got in the hospital,&rdquo; she said. &nbsp;<br>The actor had to remain admitted to a Mumbai hospital hospital for 3-4 days. Janhvi said it was a wake-up call for her and stressed that it is important to &lsquo;listen to your body&rsquo;. She said &nbsp;that while career and physical appearance is important, one needs to respect their body. &nbsp;</p>

<p>After the ordeal, Janhvi is back to her work schedule and has been participating in the promotional activities for her upcoming film &lsquo;Ulajh. <p>In a conversation with Hautterfly, Janhvi Kapoor shared she has experienced heartbreak only once, fortunately, the same person came back and helped heal her heart, making the experience less significant for her.</p>
<p>She stated, &lsquo;I have genuinely experienced heartbreak only one time in life, but the same person came back and put my heart together. So, it was all good.&rsquo;</p>
<p>Additionally, the actor discussed the mood swings she experienced during PMS when she was younger and their impact on her relationship. She mentioned that in the early years of her periods, she would often break up with her boyfriend, leaving him bewildered at first. However, over time, he grew accustomed to it.</p>
<p>&lsquo;In the couple of years of my periods, every month I would break up with this person. The first two or three months, he would be in shock, but after that, he would be like, &lsquo;Yes, okay,&rsquo; and after two days, I would go back to him crying and saying sorry. I wouldn&rsquo;t understand why my brain was working like this. It was very extreme,&rsquo; she said.</p>
<p>Janhvi dated Shikhar Pahariya for years before she joined Bollywood. She then dated her first co-star, Ishaan Khatter, when they were filming Shashank Khaitan's 2018 romantic drama &lsquo;Dhadak&rsquo;. After breaking up with Ishaan, she got back with Shikhar.</p>
<p>The actor remarked that she finds it &lsquo;strange&rsquo; that she experiences less pain during busy shooting schedules. However, when she&rsquo;s at home or engaged in fewer activities, like attending events or doing an ad shoot, the pain can be &lsquo;paralyzing.&rsquo;</p>

But you cannot further question me after I answer you this because I don&rsquo;t know how my views will get translated to the audience, but I think it will be very interesting to watch a debate between Ambedkar and Gandhi. Just a debate between what they stand for and how their views kept changing over a topic and how they kept influencing people. They have both helped our society at a great extent. So I think it will be very interesting discourse.&rdquo;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>The actor went on to express her take on Gandhi and Ambedkar&rsquo;s views. <p>The dress is from the shelves of designer brand Alessandra Rich and comes with a price tag of $2,232, aka ₹1.86 lakh.&nbsp;</p>
