Take 1 beetroot, 1/2 pomegranate, coriander leaves(handful) 1 amla, 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin seeds, 1/2 sunflower seeds and 200ml water.&nbsp;
Blend all the ingredients except sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Now, pour it into a glass and garnish it with seeds.&nbsp;
All these ingredients are rich in vitamin C, iron, copper, magnesium and other nutrients which are helpful in keeping your hair healthy and reducing hair breakage.&nbsp;
