Amitabh Bachchan, the Bollywood icon at 81, maintains a disciplined fitness regime amid his hectic professional commitments. Vrindaa Mehta, his wellness trainer for nearly 24 years, recently shed some light on his workout routine, stressing on the importance of making time for exercise.

She stressed that if Mr. Bachchan can prioritise fitness amid his busy schedule, everyone can take out time for their health.
'The mindset is, when you know something is good for you, you just do it. It&rsquo;s not about comfort, it&rsquo;s not about not having time", she added.
Vrindaa described Amitabh Bachchan's fitness sessions more on breath work, beginning with basic exercises and progressing to pranayama and yoga stretches.
Shivoham, another wellness trainer of the actor, revealed challenges of scheduling workouts for the actor. He adds, "There are times when we have to tell him, &lsquo;Let&rsquo;s not train right now, it&rsquo;s not ideal for you&rsquo;. The point is, he does take out the time, whether it&rsquo;s morning, afternoon, or evening, or even between meetings, because he knows it&rsquo;s important.'

Recalling their early morning training sessions that commences at 6 am, she highlighted his rare instances of lateness/tardiness, always humbly notifying delays. 'He doesn&rsquo;t need to apologise for five-seven minutes... We take it for granted, but I&rsquo;ve learned the value of time from him,' she said.

'He passed away peacefully on Saturday at 4pm at his residence in Bandra. He had multiple ailments since eight to ten years like heart disease and age-related issues,' Aditya told PTI. While legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan took to his personal blog to pay tribute, Anil Kapoor, who worked with Prayag Raj in 'Hifazat', remembered the veteran writer in a post on social media. 'He passed away peacefully on Saturday at 4pm at his residence in Bandra. He had multiple ailments since eight to ten years like heart disease and age-related issues,' Aditya told PTI. Raj, who penned the story for Bachchan&rsquo;s 'Naseeb', 'Suhaag' and 'Coolie' and 'Mard', had over 100 films to his credit as a writer and a few as a lyricist. Raj&rsquo;s last rites were performed on Sunday morning at Shivaji Park crematorium in Dadar. It was attended by family, and his friends from the industry. Bachchan paid tribute to his frequent collaborator on his personal blog. 'Last evening we lost another pillar of our great film industry,' the veteran actor wrote on Sunday.  &lsquo;Don&rsquo;, which was released in 1978, was written by Salim-Javed and directed by Chandra Barot. The film also starred Zeenat Aman, Iftekhar, Helen and Pran.

He shared a throwback picture from his daughter Shweta&rsquo;s birthday party.
Big B is seen holding Shweta and Twinkle Khanna, who are both toddlers, in his arms.

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan took to his blog on Thursday night and recalled the &lsquo;pleasant times&rsquo; he spent with late filmmaker Yash Chopra and his wife Pamela Chopra. Big B, who has been recovering from a rib injury over the last few weeks, had resumed work on Thursday and that&rsquo;s when the news of noted singer-producer Pamela Chopra&rsquo;s demise reached him. Taking to his blog, he wrote that with the sudden news &lsquo;life comes to a standstill.&rsquo; &lsquo;So much to have spent with her and the film making and the music sittings and the outdoors and the homely get togethers .. all gone in a breath .. And one by one they all leave us .. All left with the pleasant times spent ..&rsquo; he wrote. Amitabh Bachchan visited the Chopra residence with his son Abhishek Bachchan and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan on Thursday. Calling it 'Flashes of Time 2', the filmmaker gave us a glimpse of Ranbir Kapoor, Alia&nbsp;Bhatt,&nbsp;Amitabh Bachchan, <a href="https://www.editorji.com/story/nagarjuna-wraps-shoot-of-brahmastra-says-can-t-wait-to-watch-1613466678030" target="_blank">Nagarjuna</a> and Mouni Roy from the set. Earlier, Ayan Mukerji had shared some more BTS photos from the sets, which he called 'Flashes of Time!&nbsp;
'<a href="https://www.editorji.com/story/brahmastra-footage-sent-to-london-based-studio-for-vfx-work-1588769411938" target="_blank">Brahmastra</a>' will be a three-part fantasy trilogy directed by Ayan Mukerji. It will release in five languages - Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
The film is bankrolled by Karan Johar&rsquo;s Dharma Productions. It was slated to release in December 2019 but was postponed. We are still to hear a final release date for 'Brahmastra'.

Amitabh Bachchan has repoertdly sent a legal notice to a pan masala brand after they continued to air TV commercials featuring him despite termination of contract.  
He had announced his withdrawal from the Kamla Pasand campaign on his 79th birthday in October this year, after a national anti-tobacco organisation requested him to refrain from endorsing a pan masala brand to help prevent youngsters from getting addicted to tobacco. He was also trolled on social media for the campaign.  
A statement from the actor’s office had read at the time, “Kamala Pasand … a few days after the commercial was aired, Mr Bachchan contacted the brand and stepped out of it last week. Upon checking why this sudden move, it was revealed that when Mr Bachchan became associated with the brand, he wasn’t aware that it falls under surrogate advertising. Mr Bachchan has terminated the contract with the Brand, has written to them his termination and has returned the money received for the promotion.” 
Surrogate advertising is defined as a form of advertising which is used to promote banned products, like cigarettes\tobacco and alcohol, in the disguise of another product.

At the time of termination of the contract, Amitabh&nbsp;Bachchan's office had reasoned that when the actor entered into a contract with Kamla&nbsp;Pasand, he did not know it falls under the category of surrogate advertising. The statement added that Bachchan&nbsp;wrote them about termination of contract and also returned the money taken from them.&nbsp;
