Report: Apple developing touchscreen MacBook for release in 2025

Apple is reportedly working on adding touchscreens to its Macs and we could see the first touchscreen mac in 2025 in the form of a MacBook Pro with an OLED display instead of mini-LEDs.

According to a Bloomberg report, Apple engineers are actively engaged in the development of touchscreen Macs. This would be a significant change in philosophy for the company, as they have previously dismissed the idea of a touchscreen Mac.

The touchscreen Macs would likely stick to macOS and retain the traditional laptop design. However, it is worth noting that the introduction of touchscreen MacBooks could potentially affect the sales of iPads and increase the cost of already expensive MacBooks.
