The Vivo X100 series, comprising the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro, made its first appearance in China. Now, there's growing excitement about its launch in other parts of the world, including India.

This anticipation has been fueled further by the discovery of these models on the Bluetooth SIG website, hinting at their global release soon.

Vivo X100 Series: Anticipated Launch

While the official date for the global launch of the Vivo X100 series is not yet confirmed, the presence of the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro on the Bluetooth SIG website is a strong indicator that these models will be available internationally soon.

They are listed with model numbers V2308 and V2309. The global versions are expected to share the same features as their Chinese counterparts.

Vivo X100 Series Pricing for India

In China, the Vivo X100 starts at CNY 3,999 (approximately Rs 45,600), while the Vivo X100 Pro carries a starting price of CNY 4,999 (approximately Rs 57,000).

Considering Vivo's pricing strategy in India, we can expect the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro to be priced competitively in the Indian market as well.

Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro Specifications

The Vivo X100 series, consisting of the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro, showcases a range of impressive features, setting them apart in the smartphone market.

Both models are equipped with a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display, which offers a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2800x1260 pixels. This high-resolution display also boasts a peak brightness of 3,000 nits and supports 2,160Hz PWM dimming, ensuring vivid and clear visuals.

In terms of processing power, both the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro are driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor, which is known for its efficiency and performance capabilities. This makes them suitable for a range of tasks, from everyday usage to more demanding applications.

The camera setups in these models are particularly noteworthy. The Vivo X100 is equipped with a 50MP primary camera, alongside a 64MP periscope telephoto lens offering 3X optical zoom, and a 50MP ultrawide camera.

It also features a 32MP front camera for high-quality selfies. The Vivo X100 Pro, on the other hand, steps up the game with a 50MP 1-inch main camera sensor, a 50MP 4.3X periscope telephoto lens, and the same 50MP ultrawide camera. It also includes a 32MP front camera.

When it comes to battery life and charging, the Vivo X100 includes a robust 5,000mAh battery, supported by 120W wired fast charging, ensuring quick recharge times.

The Vivo X100 Pro is slightly ahead with a 5,400mAh battery, which supports not only 100W wired but also 50W wireless charging, offering users more flexibility.

Both models run on the OriginOS 4 skin layered over Android 14, providing a smooth and user-friendly interface.

In India, these smartphones will come with the Funtouch OS version, tailored to meet the preferences of the local market.
