Vivo V30 5G specifications and design tipped: Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, 80W charging

The Vivo V30 series is generating excitement with two upcoming models: the Vivo V30 5G and the Vivo V30 Pro 5G. The anticipation has grown due to a teaser from Vivo Philippines and the detailed information shared by insider Paras Guglani about the Vivo V30 5G.

Vivo V30 5G Design (leaked)

The design of the Vivo V30 5G has been revealed through renders. It features a curved display with a punch-hole for the selfie camera and thin bezels.

The right side of the phone has the power and volume buttons, while the bottom hosts the USB Type-C port, speaker vents, SIM tray, and a microphone. The top part contains additional speaker vents and another microphone. The back of the phone is distinguished by a square camera module and a unique square soft LED light.

Vivo V30 5G Specifications (expected)

The Vivo V30 5G is packed with impressive features. It comes with 12GB of RAM and an extra 12GB of virtual RAM. The phone supports 80W fast charging and has a 3D curved design.

It is equipped with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC and weighs about 185 grams. Available colours for the phone include Ocean Blue and Elegant Black.

This model is speculated to be similar to the Vivo S18 that was released in China. If this is true, the Vivo V30 5G could have a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and a peak brightness of 2800 nits.

The camera system might feature a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 50MP front-facing camera for selfies. The phone is expected to be powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging capability.

Release and Pricing

The release date and price of the Vivo V30 5G are not yet known, but the buildup of information suggests that the launch could be soon. The price will be a key factor in determining how well the Vivo V30 5G competes in the 5G phone market.
