Vivo Pad Air Launched: Gets a Snapdragon 870 Chipset, 2.8K Display, and more

Vivo has launched its newest addition to the tablet market, the Vivo Pad Air.

Although the price and availability information is yet to be disclosed, let's take a closer look at the complete specifications and other details unveiled by Vivo.

Display and Performance

The Vivo Pad Air boasts an expansive 11.5-inch display with a 2.8K resolution and an impressive 144Hz refresh rate. This ensures a visually stunning and smooth user experience, making it perfect for media consumption, gaming, and productivity tasks.

Powering the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset, which promises exceptional performance levels, enabling seamless multitasking and effortless navigation.

Operating System and Battery

Running on the latest Android 13-based OriginOS 3, the Vivo Pad Air offers a user-friendly interface and a host of feature enhancements.

Users can expect a smooth and intuitive software experience, complementing the tablet's powerful hardware. Keeping the device powered throughout the day is an 8,500mAh battery, equipped with 44W fast charging technology for sustained productivity on the go.

Audiovisual Experience and Design

The Vivo Pad Air aims to provide an immersive multimedia experience with its four speakers, ensuring rich and balanced audio output.

Additionally, the support for vivo Pencil 2 opens up new possibilities for creativity and note-taking for users who prefer a stylus for precise input. With a weight of just 530 grams, the tablet offers portability and comfort during extended usage.

Colour Variants

Vivo understands the importance of personalization, and hence, the Vivo Pad Air will be available in three attractive colour options: Easy Silver, Brave Pink, and Free Blue. Users can choose the colour that best suits their style and preferences.

India Launch Date

The Vivo Pad Air is currently only available in China. It appears unlikely that the tablet will be launched in India anytime soon. However, the brand may update us on a potential launch timeline sometime in the future.
