Upcoming Apple iPad 2023 Models: October 17th launch or just rumours?

There is a growing anticipation surrounding the Apple iPad 2023 release date. Speculations are rife regarding the introduction of New Apple iPad Air, New iPad mini, and New iPad 11th generation.

However, it seems that tech enthusiasts might have to temper their excitement for a bit, as the clarity regarding the exact Apple iPad 2023 launch date remains ambiguous.

Conflicting Reports on the Launch Date

Recent chatter hints at a potential unveiling of three refreshed iPad models on October 17th. These reports suggest that Apple could discreetly introduce these models through media releases.

If these rumors are to be believed, the New Apple iPad Air would get an upgrade with the Apple iPad M2 processor, marking an advancement from its current M1 SoC.

On the other hand, the New iPad mini might receive an enhancement to the Apple iPad A16 Bionic chip and could also incorporate a new display controller to address the existing jelly scrolling dilemma.

Lastly, the New iPad 11th generation is speculated to transition from the A14 Bionic processor to the Apple iPad A16 Bionic chip.

However, the tech community remains divided on these speculations. A counter-narrative suggests that we might not see any new iPad launches in the imminent future.

Mark Gurman, a respected Apple expert from Bloomberg, appears to challenge the above revelations. According to him, the new iPad models won't be making their appearance this month.

Reinforcing this perspective, Ming Chi-Kuo, another recognized Apple analyst, recently commented that we probably shouldn't expect any new iPad models before the year concludes.

A Delayed Introduction?

In light of the Apple iPad rumours, it seems plausible that Apple could potentially introduce the new iPads towards the end of this year or perhaps early next year.

Nonetheless, given the conflicting viewpoints, it's uncertain whether the tech giant will surprise its fans with an official announcement anytime soon.
