Starting at ₹15,999, the phone brings a futuristic Starship-inspired design, a massive 5,500mAh battery with 45W fast charging, and a 144Hz curved AMOLED display — all packed into a sleek 7.45mm chassis.

It’s available in two storage variants and three vibrant colour options, aiming to strike a balance between style and performance without breaking the bank.

Unboxing the Tecno Pova Curve 5G: Simple, clean, and all essentials included

Unboxing the Pova Curve 5G is a no-fuss affair. Inside the box, you’ll find the phone, a transparent case, a USB-C to USB-A cable, a 45W charger, SIM ejector tool, and basic documentation. It’s everything you need to get started right out of the gate.

We tested the Magic Silver variant, and it looks straight-up futuristic. With a glossy curved back and Starship design language, Tecno’s made sure this phone stands out. At just 7.45mm thick, it’s officially India’s slimmest curved phone with a battery this large.

Curved display, futuristic build

The Pova Curve 5G sports a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED panel with 144Hz refresh rate, 1300 nits peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The 55 degree curve adds to the premium in-hand feel, while the 93.8% screen-to-body ratio makes it look almost all screen.

It’s available in Magic Silver, Neon Cyan, and Geek Black, all built to turn heads. Plus, it supports wet-hand touch, which adds a practical bonus to its flashy design.

MediaTek inside, with a sprinkle of AI

Under the hood, the phone runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate, paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. RAM can be virtually expanded up to 16GB for smoother multitasking. It also comes with Tecno’s in-house voice assistant, Ella, packed with AI-powered tools like Auto Call Answering and Voiceprint Suppression.

Camera duties are handled by a 64MP Sony IMX682 sensor at the back, along with a 13MP selfie camera up front.

The 5,500mAh battery supports 45W fast charging, going from 0 to 50% in 15 minutes and full in 45. It’s also TV Rheinland certified for over 1,800 charge cycles.
