Samsung Galaxy Unpacked Event 2023 Live: Samsung has officially set the date for its highly anticipated Galaxy Unpacked Event. The event will take place on July 26 at 4:30 PM IST in Seoul.

In this event, Samsung can be dropped a teaser image of the upcoming Galaxy Flip 5, Galaxy Fold 5, Galaxy Tab S9 series, Galaxy Watch 6 series.

The event is set to unveil Samsung's latest foldable smartphones - the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5. But the excitement doesn't stop there.

Rumours suggest Samsung might also introduce the Galaxy Buds 3, Galaxy Tab 9 series, and the recently certified Galaxy SmartTag 2.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 specifications (expected)

The Galaxy Fold 5 is anticipated to come with a 7.6-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, along with a 6.2-inch outer screen.

Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, the device could have up to 12GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage.

The Fold 5, along with the Flip 5, are expected to run Android 13 with Samsung's One UI 5.1 skin. The smartphone may sport a triple-camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 10MP telephoto camera.

Additionally, the device might also feature an IPX8 rating for water and dust resistance and support 25W fast charging, as suggested by 3C certification details.

The Galaxy Flip 5, on the other hand, is predicted to have a 6.7-inch display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, with a 3.4-inch secondary display.

Also powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, the Flip 5 may come in 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage configurations. Expected camera features include a 12MP dual-camera and a 10MP front camera.

The device, backed by a 3,700mAh battery, may debut in Cream, Graphite, Lavender, and Mint color options. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 could launch in Cream, Icy Blue, and Phantom Black hues.
