Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 image leaked: Check full details

Recent leaked renders suggest the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 may retain much of its predecessor's design language. Detailed images surfaced just a day after leaks of its larger sibling, hinting at a potential late 2024 launch for the foldable successor to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5.

Tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer (@OnLeaks) and Smartprix revealed CAD renders of what appears to be the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6. Initial impressions indicate a familiar aesthetic, including the horizontal dual camera setup and a fold-flat design.

Display and Design (leaked)

The leaked renders showcase a 3.4-inch external display with a 120Hz refresh rate, mirroring the previous model's specifications. A dual camera setup resides in the top left corner, though details remain unknown. The hinge mechanism also closely resembles that of the Galaxy Z Flip 5.

Internally, a 6.7-inch screen with a 120Hz refresh rate appears likely. The folding crease remains faintly visible in the renders.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 Specifications (Expected)

Dimensions of the rumoured Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 are expected to be 165.0x71.7x7.4mm. The slight increase in thickness could point to a larger 4,000mAh battery.

Other anticipated features include Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, up to 12GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of storage. Software-wise, it's likely to launch with Android 14-based One UI 6.1 and potentially include Galaxy AI features from the recent S24 series.

wrap up

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 is shaping up to be a worthy successor to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5, maintaining the series' signature design while introducing several enhancements. With leaked renders already stirring excitement, potential users and enthusiasts are keenly awaiting official details and confirmation from Samsung regarding the exact specifications and features of the upcoming foldable device.
