Samsung Galaxy S23 FE launch timeline leaked: Check details, specs, and features

The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is set to make its much-anticipated launch this coming September. Renowned tipster Yogesh Brar has shared insights into the forthcoming device, indicating that Samsung is preparing to unveil the newest addition to its Fan Edition series. The Galaxy S23 FE is expected to pick up where its predecessor, the Galaxy S21 FE, left off.

Samsung's Galaxy S23 FE: What the BIS Certification Reveals

Recent findings on the BIS certification website indicate that the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is on the horizon. With Yogesh Brar confirming the handset's launch in September, enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting its global release, including its debut in India. Notably, this device heralds the resurgence of the FE series, following the earlier Snapdragon variant of the Galaxy S21 FE.

Galaxy S21 FE Specifications (Expected)

Earlier speculations by the same tipster have provided a deep dive into the Galaxy S23 FE's potential features:

  • Display & Processor: The phone is expected to inherit the 6.4-inch Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED display from the Galaxy S21 FE, complemented by a 120Hz refresh rate. Depending on regional availability, the smartphone might come with either the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 or the Exynos 2200 processor. This shift to a dual-processor strategy marks a deviation from Samsung's earlier global preference for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
  • Memory & Storage: With up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, the Galaxy S23 FE promises to be a powerhouse.
  • Camera: Photographers will appreciate the triple rear camera setup featuring a 50MP sensor, 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 12MP telephoto sensor. Selfie enthusiasts are not left out either, thanks to the 10MP selfie camera on the front.
  • Software & Support: The smartphone is set to run on One UI 5.1 based on Android 13 OS. Users can expect four major Android updates and an impressive five years of security support.
  • Battery & Charging: At its core, the device will likely house a 4,500mAh battery, supported by 25W wired charging and wireless charging capabilities.

Yogesh Brar hinted at an IP rating for the device, though specifics remain undisclosed. As the launch date nears, more details about the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE are anticipated to surface.
