Huawei Mate 60 Pro launched with triple punch-hole display: See all specifications

The new Huawei Mate 60 Pro follows in the footsteps of the Huawei Mate 50 Pro, introduced last year. The phone has been launched in China.

The standout features of this smartphone include its capability for satellite calling, a triple punch-hole design integrated into the display, a versatile rear camera setup, and more.

The Huawei Mate 60 Pro introduces a range of intriguing attributes, including the incorporation of a triple punch-hole arrangement on the display, housing both the selfie camera and the 3D ToF sensor.

Although the specific chipset hasn't been officially disclosed by the company, sources suggest that the phone is equipped with the Kirin 9000s chipset.

Possible Market Limitations for Huawei Mate 60 Pro

While the tech world is intrigued by the arrival of the Huawei Mate 60 Pro, it seems that its availability may be limited to China.

The company faced a turmoil between 2019 and 2020 with restricted access to crucial US-based technology like Google’s Android OS and imperative components like semiconductors.

In addition, the company's reputation has been marred by concerns raised by several countries.

The brand’s products might intentionally include security vulnerabilities that could be exploited by the Chinese government for surveillance purposes.
