Apple Event 2023 Today: What to Expect

iPhone 15 Series: The iPhone 15 lineup is expected to feature four models: the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max.

While the Pro Max variant may not undergo a name change to iPhone 15 Ultra, it is speculated that this model will offer fierce competition to Samsung's Galaxy S Ultra flagship.

Notably, Apple plans to replace the stainless steel rails on the Pro models with lightweight titanium, resulting in a significant reduction in device weight.

While the screen sizes of the base models will likely remain unchanged at 6.1 and 6.7 inches, the Pro models may receive larger displays with slimmer bezels.

Furthermore, Apple may introduce an Action Button to replace the mute switch, offering increased functionality such as customizability for app activation with single or multiple presses.

The non-Pro iPhone 15 models are expected to receive significant upgrades, including the Dynamic Island from the iPhone 14 Pro and a 48 MP main camera sensor.

These models will also be powered by the A16 Bionic chip from the previous iPhone 14 Pro lineup. The Pro models will feature the latest A17 Bionic chipset, along with an telephoto system enhanced hardware zoom capabilities.
