Apple has introduced two new MacBook Air 2024 models in India. Available in 13-inch and 15-inch sizes, these feature the company's latest 3nm M3 chipset. The upgraded laptops also boast minor enhancements and can deliver up to 18 hours of battery life.

Apple introduced two new MacBook Air models on March 4, featuring the latest 3nm M3 chipset.

Besides the processor upgrade, the 2024 MacBook Air lineup boasts some minor enhancements.

The company asserts an impressive up to 18-hour battery life for these improved laptops.

Noteworthy is Apple's move last year to update the MacBook Pro range, integrating the M3 SoC into its top-tier laptops.

MacBook Air M3 Specs

Display: 13-inch or 15-inch Liquid Retina display with a peak brightness of 500 nits.

Processor: Both models are powered by Apple's 3nm M3 chipset, which is also used in the MacBook Pro (2023) models.

Neural Engine: Features a new 16-core Neural Engine to enhance on-device machine learning capabilities.

Graphics Performance: The M3 chipset offers a claimed 60% increase in speed compared to the previous M1 laptops and is 13 times faster than the fastest Intel-based MacBook Air.

Memory (RAM): Configurable with up to 24GB of RAM, starting from 8GB on the base models.

Storage: Offers up to 512GB of SSD storage as standard, configurable up to 2TB for increased capacity.

Battery Life: Apple claims up to 18 hours of battery life on both models.

Audio Features: Introduces Voice Isolation and Wide Spectrum microphone modes for improved audio experiences.

External Display: Supports connections to up to two external displays when the lid is closed.

Ports: Includes a MagSafe 3 charging port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and two Thunderbolt/USB 4 ports for various connectivity needs.
