iQOONeo 6 specifications include the Snapdragon 870 5G chipset, coupled with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. iQOONeo 6 features a 6.62-inch E4 AMOLED display with a 120Hz high refresh rate. You also get support for HDR10+ content. As for utility, the IQOONeo 6 is pretty well stacked - it comes with a dual SIM card slot, Type-C port, well balanced stereo speakers and packs in 5G connectivity.

In terms of software, the Neo 6 runs on FunTouch OS 12 based on Android 12. iQOO is guaranteeing two major Android updates and up to three years of security updates for the Neo 6 smartphone.
