<p>Let&rsquo;s start with design &mdash; the ExpertBook P1 doesn&rsquo;t try too hard. It&rsquo;s clean, minimal, and built like it actually wants to show up to work on time. The body&rsquo;s basically made of plastic, but the matte finish does a solid job keeping fingerprints off.</p>
<p>The laptop weighs about 1.4 kilos and is 19.7mm thick. Not ultra-slim by any stretch, but light enough to carry around without feeling like you&rsquo;re lugging bricks. It&rsquo;s also MIL-STD-810H certified, which is a fancy way of saying it can survive some serious knocks and bumps that are a part of daily life.</p>
<p>Visually, I actually think it looks pretty modern and understated &mdash; except for those bezels. They&rsquo;re chunky. Like, can&rsquo;t-miss-it chunky.</p>

ASUS usually nails keyboards, so this one&rsquo;s a bit of a letdown. It is spill-resistant though, so that&rsquo;s something.</p>
<p>The trackpad does the job &mdash; it is responsive and accurate enough for daily tasks &mdash; but it&rsquo;s a little too small for my liking. Nothing deal-breaking, just not the most comfortable if you&rsquo;re used to larger trackpads.</p>

<p>The display on the ExpertBook P1 is another mixed bag. You&rsquo;re getting a 14-inch Full HD, non-touch panel with 300 nits of brightness. This is alright for indoors, but it's nothing too impressive.</p>

<p>As for the speakers, they&rsquo;re bottom-firing and tucked near the sides. They&rsquo;re fine for the usual video calls or a quick YouTube break, but don&rsquo;t expect anything beyond that.&nbsp;</p>
<p>They don&rsquo;t get very loud, and there&rsquo;s barely any separation between vocals and background audio. ASUS says they&rsquo;re tuned by Dirac, but to me, they sound average at best. Good enough for work &mdash; but not your go-to for music or movie nights.</p>

<p>It&rsquo;s only when you look under the hood that the ExpertBook P1 starts to make sense.</p>
<p>Our unit came with an Intel Core i7-13620H, 32GB of DDR5 RAM at 5200MT/s, and 512GB of PCIe 4.0 storage. What&rsquo;s great is that the RAM and storage are both upgradable. You can upgrade to 64GB RAM and even run dual SSDs in RAID, which is super handy if you&rsquo;re dealing with big files or sensitive data.</p>
<p>Now, the 13620H isn&rsquo;t Intel&rsquo;s latest and greatest chip, so don&rsquo;t expect record-breaking benchmarks. But honestly? It performs really well. I had over 30 Chrome tabs open, a few spreadsheets, some documents &mdash; no lag, no stutter. Just smooth, stable performance across the board.</p>
<p>If you&rsquo;re looking to do graphic-heavy work or AI stuff though, that&rsquo;s where this laptop hits its limits. There&rsquo;s no dedicated GPU or onboard NPU, so creative workflows and AI tasks aren&rsquo;t really its thing. But for everyday use? It holds its own.</p>

It does real-time translations during meetings, and can even give you full transcripts, after identifying the different speakers. It can also generate minutes of the meeting, create agendas, and generate notes based on what was discussed.</p>
<p>You can also show a digital business card on screen during calls. Plus, if you&rsquo;re sharing your screen during a meeting, it slaps on a watermark to keep things protected against prying eyes.</p>
<p>Pair all of that with Microsoft&rsquo;s Copilot tools, and you&rsquo;ve got a solid productivity setup.</p>
<p>Security-wise, this machine&rsquo;s actually pretty stacked. You&rsquo;ve got a fingerprint scanner for easy logins, but the real protection comes from the TPM 2.0 chip, which basically is a hardware-level security module that stores passwords, encryption keys, and other sensitive info separately from the rest of the system.</p>
<p>The laptop also meets a few BIOS integrity guidelines, so it can detect if someone&rsquo;s tampered with your firmware and recover your settings. And since the laptop is Windows Secured-core certified, all of this is enabled straight out of the box.</p>

<p>But all those phones cost between ₹25,000 and ₹30,000. Meanwhile, The iQOO Z10 comes with a starting price of ₹21,999 for the variant featuring 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The models with 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage are available for ₹23,999 and ₹25,999, respectively.</p>

<p>On the software side, the Xiaomi 15 runs on HyperOS 2, while the iPhone 16e is on iOS 18. As for updates, Xiaomi has promised 4 OS plus 6 security updates. With most iPhones you&rsquo;re good for 7-8 years, although Apple has never admitted it officially.</p>
<p>Now, HyperOS 2 isn&rsquo;t exactly stock Android, but you won&rsquo;t find a tonne of bloatware. Plus, it has its bag of AI tricks&mdash;AI Writing, AI Editing, AI Search, AI Dynamic Wallpapers, and of course, Google&rsquo;s Circle to Search and Gemini.</p>
<p>iOS 18 also brings some AI features under Apple Intelligence like Visual Intelligence, AI Writing Tools, Object Eraser, and Image Playground.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>But even though Apple is pushing the iPhone 16e as the gateway to Apple Intelligence, you shouldn&rsquo;t buy the iPhone 16e just for that. Saying Apple is having a rough time with its AI features would be an understatement.&nbsp;</p>
<h3><strong>Cameras</strong></h3>

<p>When it comes to cameras, the Xiaomi 15 packs a triple 50MP Leica-tuned setup, while the iPhone 16e gets a 48MP Fusion sensor.</p>
<p>It's not the same one as the iPhone 16 or 16 Plus. It&rsquo;s a smaller sensor, which means images and videos are a little noisier, especially in low light.</p>
<p>In daylight, both phones take fantastic shots.</p>
<p>The iPhone 16e has a better dynamic range, so it shows more details in shadows.</p>
<p>The Xiaomi, on the other hand, is more contrasty and has punchier colours.</p>
<p>When you zoom in 2X, the iPhone switches from 24MP to 12MP, and loses some detail. The Xiaomi, though stays rock solid. I feel the Xiaomi is at its strongest at 2.6X, with creamier bokeh and superb details.</p>
<p>We get to see similar results in video as well. As for stabilisation, the Xiaomi 15 is excellent and holds up well in most scenarios.</p>
<p>The iPhone 16e does a decent job, but it&rsquo;s nowhere near the iPhone 16 or 16 Pro Max.&nbsp;<br>That&rsquo;s because Apple stuck with a standard lens-based OIS instead of the sensor-shift stabilisation.</p>
<p>In portraits, both the devices handle edge detection well.</p>
<p>At the front, the iPhone 16e gets a 12MP camera, whereas the Xiaomi 16 gets a 32MP camera with fixed focus. However, both of them do a pretty decent good job with both photos and video.</p>
<p>All in all, you&rsquo;ll be better off with the Xiaomi 15 as a whole. It&rsquo;s got a better macro and telephoto setup, and an ultrawide lens&mdash;all with pretty solid sensors.</p>
<p>Plus, the Xiaomi 15 packs pro-level video features like 10-bit log recording, Dolby Vision, and a dedicated movie mode.</p>
<h3><strong>Battery &amp; Charging</strong></h3>
<p>Battery life is surprisingly solid on both. The Xiaomi 15 and iPhone 16e push through 7&ndash;8 hours of screen time, even with the iPhone&rsquo;s smaller battery. That&rsquo;s probably down to that 60Hz display, and the new C1 modem sipping power instead of guzzling it.</p>
<p>Charging, though, is where Xiaomi takes the lead. A 90W charger in the box&mdash;yes, in 2025, that&rsquo;s a flex&mdash;gets you from 0 to 100% in under an hour. It even does 50W wireless and 10W reverse wireless.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, the iPhone's 20W wired charging means you&rsquo;ll be sitting around for nearly two hours, and you better already own a charger, because Apple sure isn&rsquo;t giving you one.</p>
<h3><strong>Verdict</strong></h3>
<p>Going into this review, I knew the Xiaomi 15 would win, but even I was surprised by just how one-sided this turned out to be.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The Xiaomi 15 an absolute beast, with great cameras, solid performance, and impressive battery life&mdash;easily one of the best compact flagships out there.</p>
<p>The only real reason to pick the iPhone 16e would be iOS 18 and Apple Intelligence. But even then, that&rsquo;s not good enough.</p>
<p>If you have to have an iPhone, there are far better options out there, especially if you&rsquo;re willing to stretch your budget or wait for seasonal discounts.</p>

<p>The employee came across an internal training document titled &ldquo;how to run thoughtful negative tests,&rdquo; which included examples of experiments in which users' phone batteries were secretly and purposefully depleted in the premise of testing various functions of the app.</p>
<p>This practice, the employee notes, is called &ldquo;negative testing.&rdquo;</p>
<p>He claims that he does not know the exact number of people impacted by this practice but believes Facebook has engaged in this activity due to the existence of the internal training module.&nbsp;</p>

It&rsquo;s not perfect, but for the price, it punches way above its weight. This one&rsquo;s a sleeper hit.</span></h2>

<p>Infinix is one brand that&rsquo;s come out swinging in 2025.</p>
<p>The entire Note 50 series is clearly gunning for the top spot in the affordable segment, and the Note 50S 5G+ is no exception.</p>
<p>And first things first, we are thoroughly impressed by the phone. And no, this isn&rsquo;t a paid review. For ₹16,000, you can take this to the bank!</p>
<h3><strong>Infinix Note 50s Design</strong></h3>
<p>The first thing I&rsquo;ve got to shout out is just how slim and light the Note 50s is. It weighs only 180 grams and comes in at just 7.6mm &mdash; honestly, getting this sort of a build quality, that too at this price point, is practically unheard of.</p>
<p>Side by side with other phones it just looks so sleek. Infinix even claims it's the slimmest phone with a 3D curved display in this segment.</p>
<p>I&rsquo;ve got the Titanium Grey variant, which looks pretty much the same as the Note 50x.</p>
<p>But if you&rsquo;re looking for a bit more flair and style, we suggest that you go for the blue variant &mdash; it comes with a vegan leather back which looks pretty cool, but what really stands out is that it gives off this really cool fragrance.</p>
<p>The back and frame are plastic, but Infinix has gone for this cool metallic finish which feels very premium. You will definitely see fingerprints and smudges on the back panel, but fret not &mdash; you do get a matching case in the box. &nbsp;</p>
<p>Now, about that camera module &mdash; Infinix calls it a &ldquo;Gem-Cut&rdquo; design. It&rsquo;s flashy, and I get that they&rsquo;re trying to stand out in this world of smartphones that is just full of boring, boxy camera islands.</p>
<p>But if I am being honest, its not my cup of tea. I just wish the module was a bit smaller. But yes, design is totally subjective, so maybe you may end up liking it.</p>
<p>The phone also comes with Infinix's Active Halo Lighting that does it all &mdash; calls, notifications, charging, gaming, and voice assistant. Personally, I found this mostly to be useful for notifications, but it's definitely a cool feature.</p>
<p>The Note 50s also holds its own when it comes to durability. You get IP64 dust and water resistance and military-grade certification. You also get JBL-tuned dual stereo speakers &mdash; they&rsquo;re not super loud, but the bass is clean and doesn&rsquo;t distort. There&rsquo;s an IR blaster on top and also an in-display fingerprint scanner that&rsquo;s surprisingly fast and reliable.</p>
<h3><strong>Infinix Note 50s Display</strong></h3>
<p>Now let&rsquo;s talk about the display, because it&rsquo;s honestly one of the best I&rsquo;ve seen in this price range, even though it has some issues.</p>
<p>You&rsquo;re getting all the good stuff: a 6.78-inch 10-bit AMOLED panel, rich colours, deep blacks, and a fast 144Hz refresh rate. It even managed to stay pretty bright and usable in the outdoors, and those curved edges give total flagship feel.</p>
<p>But if you&rsquo;re gaming enthusiast and are planning to game on the device a lot, those curves can be a bit annoying, especially when you're trying to grip the phone during intense sessions. Also, the 144Hz refresh rate only works in the settings page, phone and message app.</p>
<p>Everywhere else, the refresh rate is dialled down to 120Hz. Honestl,y though, I was hard-pressed to tell the difference. But for content and casual use, this display is fantastic.</p>
<h3><strong>Infinix Note 50s&nbsp;Battery</strong></h3>
<p>If you&rsquo;d asked me in 2024 whether a 5500 mAh battery was impressive, I would have said yeah, definitely. In 2025 though, we are seeing manufacturers launch smartphones with 7,000 mAh batteries, and sometimes even more. So, Infinix too could have taken that route.</p>
<p>That said, for a phone this slim, the battery life&rsquo;s very good. I got a full day&rsquo;s use out of it &mdash; gaming, streaming, scrolling &mdash; no matter what I threw at it, the Infinix Note 50s dealt with it like a boss. &nbsp;</p>
<p>The 45W fast charging is also solid, and there&rsquo;s bypass charging as well &mdash; which powers the phone directly instead of the battery, so it doesn&rsquo;t heat up too much when charging.</p>
<p>The battery and charging performance is right on point for a budget phone. Having said that, we hope Infinix pushes the envelop when it comes to battery size. Most users would be perfectly fine with a device that is slightly thicker, but has an insane battery life.</p>
<h3><strong>Infinix Note 50s&nbsp;Performance &amp; Software</strong></h3>
<p>When it comes to performance and software, the Infinix Note 50S is punching way above its class.</p>
<p>Dimensity 7300 Ultimate may seem to be something extra and next level, but it's basically the same chip as the regular 7300 &mdash; and it still holds up strong. Antutu scores show it&rsquo;s just 3.5% behind the newer Dimensity 7400 on the Moto Edge 60 Fusion. The GeekBench scores also tell a similar tale.</p>
<p>But the real flex is that it's 8GB LPDDR5X RAM &mdash; on both 128GB and 256GB models. That&rsquo;s insane for this price.</p>
<p>Storage is UFS 2.2 &mdash; it&rsquo;s not blazing fast, but for everyday usage, it's more than enough. The UI is snappy, app switching is smooth &mdash; I saw no lag at all.</p>
<p>As for gaming, BGMI runs great on HD + Ultra, but switch to Smooth + Extreme, and it's very smooth.</p>
<p>Infinix claims that you get 90 FPS in some games. You won&rsquo;t find that sort of frame rate in BGMI, but Call of Duty Mobile actually gives you that kind of gameplay.</p>
<p>As for the software, we get Android 15 with XOS 15. There is some bloatware, but by and large, it&rsquo;s manageable. We get a ton of fun stuff like a mini dynamic bar, music gestures, and gesture call pickup, which keep things interesting.</p>
<p>But the true hero is the AI Suite &mdash; we have plenty of generic AI features like AI writing, image gen, object eraser, and Circle to Search. But, we also get some pretty practical tools like a doc assistant, an AI translator, and a surprisingly useful Folax AI assistant.</p>
<p>And yes &mdash; 2 years OS + 3 years security updates. For a phone that costs about ₹16,000, that&rsquo;s a proper bargain.</p>

<p>Moving to the cameras, we get a 64MP Sony sensor + and a 2MP shooter, that&rsquo;s there for moral support only.</p>
<p>But ignore the 2MP &mdash; the main camera delivers. Shots are punchy, vibrant, and straight-up Instagram-ready. The 2X zoom is also surprisingly usable, even in low light.</p>
<p>Selfies from the 13MP front cam look natural. As for videos, you get 4K 30fps on both front and back with decent stabilisation and only minor crop.</p>
<p>We don&rsquo;t get an ultrawide which would've been nice, but for what it costs, I&rsquo;m not complaining.</p>
<h3><strong>Verdict</strong></h3>
<p>The Infinix Note 50S starts at around ₹15,999. In fact, if people who ordered the device on the launch day &nbsp;scored it for as low as ₹14,999.</p>
<p>The Infinix Note 50S goes up against a pretty strong set of competitors. The iQOO Z10x for example, offers a 6,500mAh battery and faster UFS 3.1 storage, but the Note 50S is one of the most well-rounded phones right now &mdash; fast RAM, AMOLED screen, ad-free UI and a solid main camera.</p>
<p>And at the price point that Infinix is offering this device, I don&rsquo;t think there&rsquo;s a lot we can complain about.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The flat mid-frame gives it structure, while the slightly curved rear panel makes it easier to grip. What really stands out, though, is the matte plastic back with a subtle, wave-like shimmer. It reflects light in a pleasing way and does a good job at hiding fingerprints.</p>
<p>The camera module has been redesigned, too. Gone is the circular bump; in its place is a rectangular unit tucked into the top-left corner. It has a glossy finish, which does tend to attract smudges, but it&rsquo;s well-integrated into the overall look.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Inside, you&rsquo;ll find two camera lenses and a ring light&mdash;not for photography, but for notifications, calls, and charging status. It&rsquo;s a functional addition that adds some personality to the phone without being overbearing.</p>
<p>Even with a large battery inside, the Z10x stays relatively slim and lightweight. The rounded corners help with comfort, and it&rsquo;s a phone that&rsquo;s easy to hold for long periods.&nbsp;</p>
<p>An IP64 rating and a claim of military-grade toughness are both rare at this price but it's also not the best. The Realme P3X for instance offers IP68/69 dust and water resistance rating.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The improvements are clear on the back of the phone, but the front still feels like an area where compromises were made. The LCD panel retains the same specs&mdash;FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 6.72-inch diagonal&mdash;but the bezels are noticeably thick.&nbsp;</p>
<p>They&rsquo;re slightly slimmer on the sides, thicker at the top, and fairly chunky at the bottom. Compared to the iQOO Z9x, the design feels like a step back here. It doesn&rsquo;t ruin the experience, but it does pull you out of the otherwise modern look.</p>
<p>The display offers punchy colours, decent outdoor visibility, and the touch response feels responsive enough for both casual gaming and everyday tasks. It&rsquo;s a display that does its job well, without aiming too high. Of course, it&rsquo;s not OLED, so you won&rsquo;t get the deep blacks or the same level of contrast.&nbsp;</p>
<h3><strong>iQOO Z10x: Camera Performance</strong></h3>
<p>The iQOO Z10x features a 50MP main camera on the rear, paired with a basic 2MP depth sensor. Up front, there&rsquo;s an 8MP selfie camera. On paper, this setup is fairly typical for the segment, and in practice, it performs about as expected&mdash;with a few surprises.</p>
<p>In good lighting, the main camera delivers decent shots. There&rsquo;s fair detail, and the colours are mostly accurate, if slightly on the cooler side at times. Where it stumbles is portrait mode. Edge detection is hit-or-miss, and images often look over-processed.</p>
<p>Low-light performance, surprisingly, holds up better than expected. Shots retain a reasonable amount of detail and exposure is handled fairly well, though noise does creep in. .</p>
<p>Selfies are usable, too&mdash;not overly sharp or detailed, but good enough for video calls or social media with some basic tuning. That said, the overall camera package leaves you wanting more.</p>
<h3><strong>iQOO Z10x: Performance &amp; Software</strong></h3>
<p>Under the hood, the Z10x runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chip, clocked at up to 2.5GHz. It&rsquo;s a solid performer for the price. In everyday use, the iQOO Z10x feels fast and responsive&mdash;apps open quickly, multitasking is smooth, and the overall experience rarely misses a beat.&nbsp;</p>
<p>A big reason behind that is the inclusion of UFS 3.1 storage, which translates to faster app load times and less lag when switching between tasks.</p>
<p>Benchmmark scores are very reasonable too - AnTuTu scores came in at 689,221, just ahead of close competitors like the Vivo T4x. On Geekbench, it managed 1,029 in single-core and 2,813 in multi-core tests</p>
<p>The phone ships with FunTouch OS 15, layered over Android 14. There are some genuinely helpful features here&mdash;AI Eraser, screen translation, and a few neat AI-powered tools.&nbsp;</p>
<p>But like other FunTouch devices, the experience is marred by bloatware and constant push notifications from preinstalled apps. It&rsquo;s not a dealbreaker, but it definitely takes some shine off the otherwise solid performance package.</p>
<p>iQOO also promises two years of Android updates and three years of security patches.&nbsp;</p>
<h3><strong>iQOO Z10x: Battery &amp; Charging</strong></h3>
<p>The iQOO Z10x comes with a 6,500 mAh battery&mdash;a noticeable upgrade from the previous model&rsquo;s 6,000 mAh unit. It&rsquo;s a meaningful bump, and it shows in day-to-day use.&nbsp;</p>
<p>With moderate usage&mdash;messaging, social apps, some video streaming, and light gaming&mdash;the phone easily stretches across two full days on a single charge. Battery anxiety isn&rsquo;t something you&rsquo;ll have to worry about here.</p>
<p>Charging, however, is a bit of a mixed bag. iQOO retains the same 44W fast charging support from the previous model. It&rsquo;s not slow, but it&rsquo;s also not keeping up with the increasingly aggressive fast-charging speeds we&rsquo;re seeing in this segment.&nbsp;</p>
<p>In our testing, a full charge from 0 to 100% took about 1 hour and 42 minutes. That&rsquo;s acceptable for overnight top-ups or casual users, but if you're used to 65W or 80W systems, the wait might feel a little long.</p>
<p>Still, the battery endurance more than makes up for it. For users who prioritize longevity over speed, the Z10x delivers where it matters.</p>
<h3><strong>Verdict: iQOO Z10x Review</strong></h3>
<p>At under ₹15,000, the iQOO Z10x offers more than what you&rsquo;d typically expect from a budget phone. It brings a sharp design, solid everyday performance thanks to the Dimensity 7300 chip, and a battery that easily lasts two days.&nbsp;</p>
<p>There are trade-offs, of course. The LCD screen has chunky bezels and lacks the richness of OLED. The cameras are functional but not standout, especially when it comes to portraits. And the software experience still suffers from bloatware and notification spam, even though it comes with some useful AI tricks.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Still, if you&rsquo;re after a phone under ₹15,000 that delivers where it counts&mdash;battery life, build, and reliable performance&mdash;the iQOO Z10x is hard to ignore. It&rsquo;s not flashy, but it&rsquo;s smartly specced and thoughtfully balanced for its price.</p>

<p>The new OPPO K13 5G, like most phones this year, is going big on battery&mdash;7,000mAh big. That&rsquo;s just a touch below the 7,300mAh unit on the iQOO Z10, but still, seriously impressive.</p>
<p>You&rsquo;re also getting the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4, a 120Hz AMOLED display, 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging, a decent 50MP main camera, and a few of OPPO&rsquo;s AI tricks borrowed from its more premium lineup.</p>
<p>But does all that actually come together in real life? That&rsquo;s what we&rsquo;re here to find out.</p>
<h3><strong>Oppo K13 5G - Price</strong></h3>
<p>The Oppo K13 starts at Rs. 17,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant. Pre-orders are already live, and the phone will be available from today (21 April 2025) through Flipkart, Oppo's official website, and offline stores.</p>
<h3><strong>Oppo K13 5G - Battery &amp; Charging</strong></h3>
<p>This is easily the phone&rsquo;s headline feature. The 7,000 mAh battery is a monster&mdash;two-day battery life is absolutely achievable, even with heavy use. Streaming, gaming, social media, camera&mdash;throw whatever you want at it, and the K13 just keeps going.</p>
<p>&nbsp;And it&rsquo;s a graphite-based cell, which is supposed to last longer. Oppo&rsquo;s promising 5 years of endurance &mdash; meaning the battery should retain around 80% of its original capacity even after long-term use.</p>
<p>Oppo also claims that mosnter cell should offer 32.7 hours of music playback, 15.1 hours of streaming short videos and 10.3 hours of gaming.&nbsp;</p>
<p>As for charging, you get 80W SuperVOOC, which is slightly less than the 100W on the K13. But that phone only had a 5,500mAh battery. &nbsp;And we&rsquo;d take the extra 1,500mAh over the extra 20W any day. Still, it&rsquo;s fast &mdash; and charges the phone just over 60% in 30 minutes, which is plenty quick.</p>
<h3><strong>Oppo K13 5G - Performance</strong></h3>
<p>The Oppo K13 is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 &mdash; a 4nm chip and the first in the 6-series to feature ARMv9 CPU cores. It&rsquo;s also paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.</p>
<p>OPPO&rsquo;s also packed in a proper cooling system here with a 6000 mm&sup2; graphite layer and a 5700 mm&sup2; vapor chamber.&nbsp;</p>
<p>We haven&rsquo;t run into any slowdowns so far &mdash; multitasking is smooth, app switching is snappy, and day-to-day use feels lag-free.</p>
<p>Would we call this a phone for gamers? Not exactly. &nbsp;You can play BGMI at Smooth + Ultra. Frame rates hold up decently unless you go for longer sessions&mdash;then it starts to warm up a bit and throttles slightly, which is expected at this price.&nbsp;</p>
<p>In benchmarks, it comfortably beats the Dimensity 6300, and even edges past the new Dimensity 7300 in sustained performance. You also get UFS 3.1 storage, which is noticeably faster than UFS 2.2 &mdash; and yes, even the pricier iQOO Z10 is still stuck on 2.2.</p>
<h3><strong>Oppo K13 5G - Software</strong></h3>
<p>ColorOS 15 on the OPPO K13 is kind of like that overachieving friend&mdash;it&rsquo;s got flair, it&rsquo;s smart, and it doesn&rsquo;t get in your way (most of the time). Yes, there&rsquo;s some bloatware out of the box, but the good news is it&rsquo;s all uninstallable. Once you get rid of the extra fluff, the experience is actually really clean.</p>
<p>What stands out most is how snappy the UI feels. Animations are smooth, app switching is seamless, and OPPO&rsquo;s theming engine lets you tweak your lockscreen, icons, and overall vibe just the way you want it. You get gesture navigation, multi-window multitasking, a smart sidebar for quick app access, and File Dock for dragging and dropping content across apps&mdash;things that genuinely improve usability.</p>
<p>Then there's the AI suite. AI Summary can pull out key points from an article or document and even read them out loud using AI Speak. You also get the Live Alert feature&mdash;basically OPPO&rsquo;s take on the iPhone's Dynamic Island&mdash;which pops up when calls, timers, or music are playing.</p>
<p>OPPO promises two years of Android updates and three years of security patches. Sure, three OS updates would&rsquo;ve been nicer &mdash; but this is pretty much in line with what most of the competition is offering at this price.</p>
<h3><strong>Oppo K13 5G - Display, Speakers &amp; Haptics</strong></h3>
<p>As for the display, you&rsquo;re looking at a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution, 1,200 nits peak brightness, and full DCI-P3 coverage.</p>
<p>It&rsquo;s sharp, vibrant, and has good viewing angles. I do wish the bezels were a bit slimmer, but I love that it&rsquo;s a flat screen &mdash; no curves, which means fewer accidental touches and a better overall experience for watching videos or gaming.</p>
<p>And along with that display, you get Dolby stereo speakers &mdash; always a big plus.&nbsp;</p>
<p>They are loud thanks to that 300% Ultra Volume mode&mdash;handy in noisy spaces. But don&rsquo;t expect deep bass. Haptics are on the weaker side. They feel buzzy and inconsistent. You don&rsquo;t get feedback in all the right places, and for typing, it's not the most pleasant experience</p>
<h3><strong>Oppo K13 5G - Camera</strong></h3>
<p>On the back, you get a 50MP main camera with the OV50D sensor. This is accmpanied by a 2MP depth sensor It's not breaking any records, but it's consistent. Daylight shots come out sharp, with good dynamic range and natural colors.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Low light is where the AI really kicks in. Night mode actually works well&mdash;brighter scenes, less noise, and better shadows. There&rsquo;s also AI Unblur, Reflection Remover, and AI Retouching, which genuinely make a difference.</p>
<p>Selfies from the 16MP front cam are crisp in daylight. Edge detection in portrait mode could be better, but for Instagram or video calls, it holds up. Video is limited to 4K at 30 fps on the rear and 1080p on the front. No OIS, so keep a steady hand.</p>

<p>Now, we have to talk about the design. I don&rsquo;t know... it&rsquo;s kinda nice...</p>
<p>Oppo&rsquo;s clearly tried hard not to make it look like an iPhone 13 &mdash; the cameras are vertically stacked inside a square module &mdash; but yes, it still gives off iPhone vibes, especially with those flat sides.</p>
<p>We like the contrast between the glossy camera module and the matte plastic back. It&rsquo;s got this criss-cross, diamond-like pattern that doesn't look overly flashy. The matte finish also keeps fingerprints in check...well, mostly in check...&nbsp;</p>
<p>We&rsquo;ve got the black version here, but there&rsquo;s a purple one too if you&rsquo;re into something a bit more colourful.</p>
<p>Despite its plastic build, the OPPO K13 doesn&rsquo;t feel cheap. It&rsquo;s solid, slightly hefty at 208g (expected with a 7,000 mAh battery), but still manageable in-hand. The flat display and rounded edges make for good ergonomics</p>
<p>Ports and buttons are all where you'd expect, although the power and volume buttons sit a bit high on the frame. You do get an IR blaster on top&mdash;a small but welcome extra.</p>
<p>Durability is another strong point: IP65 rating and MIL-STD-810H certification are rare at this price.</p>
<h3><strong>Oppo K13 5G - Other Features</strong></h3>
<p>You&rsquo;re also getting IP65 dust and water resistance, which isn&rsquo;t as tough as IP68 or IP69, but Oppo&rsquo;s added this Splash Touch feature, so you can actually use the screen in light rain.</p>
<p>And there&rsquo;s an IR blaster on top. Always handy if you're the kind of person who likes turning off other people&rsquo;s TVs.</p>
<p>Now, Oppo&rsquo;s been hyping up how durable this phone is, but they&rsquo;re still not taking chances. You get an anti-drop shield case in the box, and it feels pretty solid with that synthetic rugged texture.</p>
<p>We&rsquo;ve dropped the phone a couple of times with the case on &mdash; and so far its all good. And no, we&rsquo;re not brave enough to try the same thing without the case. Let&rsquo;s not tempt fate.</p>
<h3><strong>OPPO K13 5G Review - Verdict</strong></h3>
<p>The OPPO K13 5G is one of those phones that doesn&rsquo;t try to do too much, but nails the stuff that matters. That massive 7,000mAh battery is the obvious headliner, and when you pair that with 80W fast charging, a smooth AMOLED screen, and reliable day-to-day performance from the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 &mdash; it&rsquo;s a solid everyday phone.</p>
<p>The camera&rsquo;s not mind-blowing, but for the price, it holds up. If battery life is at the top of your wishlist and you want a phone that just works, the K13 won&rsquo;t disappoint.</p>

Vivo T4 first look: Insane battery, but one BIG miss

<h2>Vivo T4 packs a huge 7,300mAh battery, 90W fast charging, and a 50MP Sony sensor in a slim frame. Launching April 22, it could be a top pick under ₹25K&mdash;if it is priced right.</h2>

<p>The Vivo T4 is launching in India on April 22, but I&rsquo;ve already spent some time with it &mdash; and yeah, I&rsquo;ve got some thoughts.</p>
<h3><strong>Design</strong></h3>
<p>Let&rsquo;s talk design. The T4 has a plastic back and frame, which, okay, doesn&rsquo;t scream premium but this thing is pretty solid. Vivo&rsquo;s even throwing around &ldquo;military-grade impact resistance,&rdquo; which sounds intense until you realize it&rsquo;s paired with an IP65 rating.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Now, the unit I&rsquo;ve been using is the Phantom Grey one &mdash; very minimalist, muted, and apparently inspired by the Toyota GR Supra, which is a weirdly specific flex. It also did catch some smudge every now and then.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Overall, the design is clean and understated &mdash; except for that camera bump. It&rsquo;s massive. The kind that makes you think you&rsquo;re getting something special from Zeiss or Hasselblad. Spoiler alert: you&rsquo;re not.</p>
<h3><strong>Battery</strong></h3>
<p>Now, turns out, the camera bump isn&rsquo;t the only thing going large on the T4. It comes with a monster 7,300mAh battery. Same as the iQOO Z10, if that rings a bell.</p>
<p>I&rsquo;ve been using this phone for about a week now, and I&rsquo;ve only needed to charge it once every two days. And I&rsquo;m not talking about light usage &mdash; I&rsquo;ve been on calls, scrolling through Instagram, watching YouTube videos, and even doing a bit of gaming.</p>
<p>I&rsquo;ve been consistently getting around 35 to 40 hours on a single charge. That&rsquo;s pretty wild. Like, forget-the-charger-at-home wild.</p>
<p>What&rsquo;s even more impressive is that Vivo&rsquo;s squeezed this massive battery into a 7.93mm frame while keeping the weight under 200 grams.&nbsp;</p>
<p>That&rsquo;s all thanks to the latest Silicon Carbon battery tech &mdash; it packs in more energy than your typical Lithium-Ion cell.&nbsp;</p>
<p>This means you get more juice without turning the phone into a brick.&nbsp;</p>
<p>You also have a fast 90W charger included in the box which tops up the phone from zero to 50 percent in around 30 minutes.&nbsp;</p>
<h3><strong>Camera</strong></h3>

<p>Now, lets talk cameras. On the back there's a 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor with OIS and a basic 2MP depth sensor. That&rsquo;s it.</p>
<p>To be fair though, the main sensor holds up pretty well. Images are sharp, punchy, and vibrant &mdash; sometimes a bit too vibrant... But if that saturation feels like a bit much, just switch on Natural Colour mode &mdash; it tones things down while still looking great.</p>
<p>The camera app feels super responsive, especially the shutter button. Vivo has baked its Pro Sports Mode algorithm right into the default 1x shooting mode. It&rsquo;s great for fast-moving subjects &mdash; pets, kids, sports &mdash; you get sharp, zero-lag shots with much better motion detection.</p>
<p>Zoom is handled surprisingly well. At 2X, the shots still hold detail and colour. Sure, you can go up to 10X digitally, but at this point, you&rsquo;re not getting the best results.</p>
<p>For selfies, you get a 32MP front wide angle camera, and it does a solid job. Skin tones look natural, there&rsquo;s good detail, and the algorithm isn&rsquo;t to aggressive with the blemishes.</p>
<p>Low-light performance is also impressive. You get decent detail, solid colours, and processing that doesn&rsquo;t go overboard. Sure, there&rsquo;s some noise, but it doesn&rsquo;t look artificially cleaned up like most budget phones.</p>
<p>Video recording maxes out at 4K 30fps from both the rear and the front cameras. The colours are slightly muted, which is expected.</p>
<p>Stabilisation is where things get iffy. There&rsquo;s an Ultra Stabilisation mode, but it only works at 1080p, and there&rsquo;s a noticeable crop. Even then, the footage can feel jittery at times. The front cam&rsquo;s video pops in terms of colour, but it&rsquo;s way too shaky to vlog with &mdash; you&rsquo;ll definitely need a gimbal if that&rsquo;s your plan.</p>
<p>Now, here&rsquo;s my only real gripe &mdash; there&rsquo;s no ultrawide camera. The 50MP main sensor is fairly wide at 26mm, but I&rsquo;d happily trade that 2MP depth sensor for a decent ultrawide any day.</p>
<h3><strong>Initial thoughts</strong></h3>
<p>Anyway, at the time of making this video, the official pricing isn&rsquo;t out yet &mdash; the phone hasn&rsquo;t launched. But if I had to guess, I&rsquo;d say it&rsquo;s likely to land under ₹25,000. And if that turns out to be the case, the Vivo T4 definitely shows promise.</p>
