Aadhaar will now use artificial intelligence-based authentication for added security.

The Unique Identification Authority of India has rolled out a new AI security mechanism for Aadhaar-based fingerprint authentication and faster detection of spoofing attempts.

This new two-factor authentication is designed to add additional checks to verify the authenticity of the fingerprint, thereby reducing potential spoofing attempts.
