ICC T20 World Cup 2022 IND vs BAN Highlights : It has been a tournament of upsets and it seemed that Bangladesh would stun India on Wednesday but it was not to be. Rohit Sharma's men avoided a scare and beat the Bangla Tigers by 5 runs (DLS) in a rain-curtailed game.

Put into bat, Rohit Sharma once again failed to impress but KL Rahul finally found form and scored his maiden half-century of the tournament. Virat Kohli continued on his merry way and scored his 3rd half-century of the tournament. Suryakumar Yadav also chipped in with a fiery 30 as India finished at a healthy 184/6.

In reply, Liton Das took his side off to a flying start and smashed the 2nd-fastest fifty for the Bangla Tigers in T20Is. Bangladesh was 66/0 in 7 overs before the rain came down and the revised target was 151 in 16 overs. However, at a point, Bangladesh lost 5 wickets in 9 balls at one point as India clawed their way back into the contest. The equation boiled down to 20 needed off the last over and Arshdeep Singh defended it in style. India have now beaten Bangladesh in 11 of the 12 T20Is between the 2 sides

Rohit's men have won 3 of their 4 games so far and are on 6 points. Bangladesh on the other hand have lost 2 in as many outings.
