Gujarat are at the top of the IPL 2022 team rankings with 16 points and surely booked a spot in the playoffs. Royal Challengers Bangalore, on the other hand, registered their third consecutive loss and remained at the 5th spot with 10 points.

Later in the day, Mumbai earned their first points on IPL 2022 leaderboard after they defeated Rajasthan Royals by 5 wickets. Despite the defeat, Rajasthan remained at the second spot on IPL 2022 points table.

Meanwhile, Lucknow Super Giants and Sunrisers Hyderabad are at the third and fourth spots on IPL 2022 team rankings.

Moreover, Jos Buttler continues to be the leading run-scorer in IPL 2022 with 566 runs in 9 games and currently holding the orange cap. Rajasthan's Yuzvendra Chahal is currently holding the purple cap with 19 wickets in 9 matches.
