IPL 2022, CSK vs LSG: Dwayne Bravo becomes highest wicket-taker in Indian Premier League history

Chennai Super Kings' premier all-rounder Dwayne Bravo became the highest-wicket taker in the Indian Premier League after he took the wicket of Deepak Hooda during CSK vs LSG match on Thursday at Brabourne Stadium. He broke Lasith Malinga's record of 170 wickets in IPL.

Amit Mishra is at the third spot with 166 wickets followed by Piyush Chawla and Harbhajan Singh. Among the cricketers that are playing in IPL 2022, Ravichandran Ashwin is closed to Bravo with 145 wickets.

Dwayne Bravo has been Chennai's go-to bowler in the death overs as he has different variations to fox the batters. Meanwhile, Malinga had retired from all forms of cricket and is currently working as a bowling coach for Rajasthan Royals. Malinga took all his 170 wickets while representing Mumbai Indians in the IPL.
