Virat Kohli won the final 'best fielder award' in the Team India dressing room but there was no special presentation. The players also looked heartbroken after the loss to Australia in the final.

Team India fielding coach T Dilip consoled the dressing room after the defeat.

'Guys, I know it’s tough and well feel the pain but that’s what it is. We did everything possibly right and still the result is not in our favour. But I think as Rahul bhai said, we can all be proud of ourselves,' he said in a video posted by the BCCI.

India came into the final on the back of a 10-match winning streak but Australia beat the Men in Blue in the ultimate showdown in Ahmedabad on Sunday.
