Haris Rauf lashes out at journalist over India vs Pakistan question | ODI World Cup 2023

Pakistan's Haris Rauf snapped at a journalist who asked him about the lack of aggression from the Pakistan cricket team during their matches against India.

Responding to the question, the Pakistan pacer said, 'Why should I go and fight with Indians? It is cricket and not war," Rauf replied to the question on aggression.'

A shoulder injury had ruled out Rauf mid-way through the Asia Cup recently. The fast bowler also gave an update on his recovery.

'Playing in any tournament for your country is a big deal. My fitness is better than before. We have confidence in ourselves as a team. The team management will decide whether to give me the new ball or the old ball,' he concluded.

Pakistan delt a body blow ahead of the World Cup in India as star pacer Naseem Shah was ruled out of the event due to injury.
