Shaka Hislop: Former West Ham goalkeeper collapses on air during Real Madrid vs AC Milan friendly | WATCH

Former West Ham goalkeeper Shaka Hislop caused concern among fans and viewers as he collapsed on air just before the Real Madrid vs. AC Milan friendly match in California.

The 54-year-old, working as an analyst for US broadcaster ESPN, stumbled and fell during a pre-match interview.

Fellow broadcaster Dan Thomas rushed to his aid, and ESPN quickly cut to a commercial break. Fortunately, at halftime, Thomas provided an update, stating that Hislop was seemingly doing better after the incident.

"He's conscious, he's talking, I think he's a little embarrassed about it all. He's apologized profusely. Not a man who likes people to make a fuss of him," Thomas reassured viewers.
